Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of the cabin did not meet your expectations. We understand how important a well stocked kitchen, adequate window coverings, and convenient amenities are, especially when accommodating a large group. We appreciate your suggestions regarding additional appliances and will share them with the property owner for consideration. We are especially sorry to hear about the trash and debris surrounding the property, as this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear your family had such a great stay and enjoyed the clean, spacious bedrooms, convenient location, and especially the pool, jacuzzi, and mountain views. Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear Splash Mountain Lodge was the perfect gathering place for your family of 21. It means so much to know the spacious bedrooms, king size beds, bunk rooms for the children, and the long dining table helped make your time together comfortable and memorable. We're also glad you enjoyed the peaceful location while still being just a short drive from Dollywood and other local attractions. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen size and are happy to hear it was fully functional and met your group's needs. There is no greater compliment than hearing your family was very happy with your stay. Thank you for choosing Summit Cabin Rentals. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another memorable Smoky Mountain getaway!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you found the home spacious, clean, and comfortable. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the upstairs A/C and pool temperature, especially since both affected your ability to fully enjoy the home and its amenities during your stay. We're glad the children were able to enjoy the pool beginning on the second day and that the A/C improved before your departure. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the starter supply of paper products and the overflowing trash area. While we do recommend guests bring additional supplies for longer stays, we understand the frustration of not having adequate space to dispose of your trash. If a guest needs a trash pick up we are more than happy to accommodate if they call and request one. There is not a set trash pick up day as all stays are different. We appreciate you choosing Summit Cabin Rentals!

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! I’m so glad you had a great vacation overall. I really appreciate your suggestions—adding shower caddies and guard rails are great ideas, especially for guest comfort and safety. We’ll also look into securing the outdoor trash better to prevent animal messes. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for staying with us, Come back anytime!
