Beautiful duplex, but in a transitional area near train tracks. Train across the street runs several times an hour. In my opinion, not a great area & not walkable. Although this home is very nice, surrounding homes are old and dilapidated. Views from the home are of the surrounding neighborhood. There was a party both nights in the attached unit. They lasted until early in the morning. This is not the hosts fault, but with the cameras that are present I assumed they were aware. Some cleanliness issues- dirty towels in bathroom, full garbage on rooftop, no body wash or soap provided. 2 bottles of shampoo for 3 showers. The doorbell in the attached unit borders the wall of the 2nd floor primary bedroom. It rang at 4:45 am and 5:15am on consecutive mornings and sounded like the doorbell was in the room. Temporary paper window coverings that weren't functional. The "kitchenette" on the 3rd floor is a mini fridge- that's it. The rooftop photo's in the listing had furniture. During our visit there was no furniture. There was nothing major that caused us to want to leave and look for another rental or that even made me want to contact the host, but I was close. I did email the host after our stay to make them aware of the issues so that they can either remedy them or change their listing to be more transparent. I also asked for a small discount and reimbursement for the soap I purchased. They responded that they are reporting me to VRBO
