Komplett mit Shuffleboard, Tischtennisplatte, Darts, Bierpong, Feuerstelle, Grill und großen Fernsehern überall - dieses Juwel aus Texaner schreit nach Unterhaltung, nur 8 km von der Innenstadt und dem ganzen Nachtleben entfernt! Das TEXAS HOUSE ist mein neuestes Anwesen, das gerade eine riesige Designerumarbeitung erfahren hat. Alles in diesem Haus ist brandneu und wurde professionell für Airbnb-Gäste gestaltet. Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Vollbädern verfügt über einen wunderschönen, offenen Grundriss, der viel Platz für große Gruppen bietet. Der Außenbereich ist einfach unglaublich! Alles ist für Sie bereitgestellt; Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen, ist Ihre Kleidung! Folgendes können Sie erwarten:

Der riesige Außenbereich:
Entspannen Sie am großen Pool und im Spa oder in der überdachten Cabana, während Ihre Freunde spielen: Tischtennis, Darts, Corn-Hole, Bier-Pong und vieles mehr. Sie möchten lieber etwas essen und an einem kühlen Getränk nippen? Die überdachte Terrasse mit 13 Plüschplätzen bietet eine Feuerstelle und den Komfort einer VIP Vegas Lounge. Es gibt einen 65-Zoll-4K-Fernseher, der sich um 360 Grad drehen lässt, sodass Sie Ihrem Lieblingsteam beim Spielen zusehen können, während Sie sich im Pool abkühlen, oder einen Film ansehen und ihn mit Ihrem Lebensgefährten im Spa ansehen können. Natürlich ist kein TX-Zuhause ohne Grill und Mahlzeiten im Freien komplett. Es gibt also einen großen Gasgrill, auf dem Sie Ihre Texas T-Bone-Steaks zubereiten können.

Ein großzügiger offener Grundriss ermöglicht ein großartiges Indoor-Outdoor-Erlebnis. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet einen Essbereich für bis zu 10 Personen, ein Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem großen Fernseher für Spieleabende, einen Kamin, 2 Barbereiche und einen 9-Zoll-Shuffleboard-Tisch. Kostenloses Highspeed-Internet (400 MB), Kabel-TV und Alexa decken alle Ihre Musikbedürfnisse ab.

Dieses Haus bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 17 Personen. Sie möchten keine Betten teilen? Wir können 11 in Einzelbetten +1 auf der gemütlichen Ledercouch schlafen! Alle Möbel, Matratzen und Betten sind brandneu und super bequem.

Great hosts and house/property! Perfect oasis in Dallas with nearby access to lots of attractions and things to do. We had 6 adults and 4 young kids who loved the outside space and pool. Great long weekend visit!!

Great property to relax and celebrate new years

Had a great time in the in-ground hot tub, playing games, and cooking in the kitchen with some friends! Plenty of space and close to Dallas. The house is a little older but very refurbished, in a quiet family neighborhood (other than the dogs next door). While the sleeping situation is a little odd for some 30 somethings, it's completely as advertised and has a lot of beds and space. Great stay!

Amazing staycation

Awesome house to have a staycation at. The house has amazing Texas themed decor and felt so cozy. The pool was clean and warm. In Dallas the weather is still bipolar so their pool being heated was a plus for us. The owner was super nice and easy to get in touch with if we needed to. I recommend this house and will be renting out again.

Enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The open concept is fantastic to be able to converse while being in the kitchen. The house is a little bit older so is a bit quirky. It worked perfect for a small group for business planning. The outside space is fantastic and the pool made the heat extremely bearable. the hot water heater went out and they were there fixing it within the hour. Fantastic House!

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Blake, the owner, was great to work with and the check-in process worked flawlessly which was nice as we arrived late the evening. The house was even better than the pictures showed. We loved the outdoor living area and the other common spaces. The linens were luxurious and the beds were all super comfortable I think they were Memory Foam. The location was also perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to find with quick access to downtown, shopping and entertainment. All in all a great house! We would definitely stay here again.

The property manager, Amparo, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was in constant contact with an answer or solution at the ready. We had the pleasure of staying at two of the properties she manages, both houses were well appointed, and clean. We preferred the area of Lake Highlands (more suburban) to this one (more urban). Overall you can’t beat the hospitality you’ll find here!

Great for Family, but.....

The overall layout of this home is great for families. Unfortunately, this house needs a lot of repairs. Floor and countertop tiles were cracked. Shower doors did not close properly. The plaster of the swimming pool was so badly worn away and crumbling, that our children got bloody toes from playing in the pool. The wood floors in the house were clean enough, but the dark tile floors in the bathrooms and kitchen were so dirty that we wore socks all the time. The worst part was the flies/gnats in the house. GROSS. So, I would stay there again because it is close to my family, but only if repairs were made.

We have dark slate floors in the bathrooms and kitchen that are cleaned at least twice a week. Slate will make your bare feet look dirty. Dallas had about a three week period where the gnats were very bad. That situation has been resolved. The shower doors have been adjusted.

We stayed here over New Year's. It was a great house where grandparents, adults, & kids could all hang out together & not get bored. We swam, soaked in the hot tub, watched football on numerous TV's, played darts, & cooked meals together. Highly recommend!

Spring Break trip

This property was awesome for my family. The weather sucked so we couldn't utilize the pool as much as we wanted. The house had everything we needed. The kiddos loved the property. The only thing we didn't like was the dog barking waking us up at 6am every morning which was a tad bit annoying. And the quite time hours, which we understood and knew ahead of booking. Other than that this property was awesome.

The stay was good! Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us for the most part, so we didn't get to utilize the heated pool, but the outdoor area was great for a group! The water heater broke so we were out of hot water throughout the house until the plumber came out which was inconvenient, but the owners were very quick to respond and get the situation fixed. I definitely recommend this house for a group, during the summer/spring! The outdoor space is the perfect hangout and outdoor games/grilling.

We were notified at 8:30pm Friday night that the hot water was intermittent. The plumber arrived at 9am the next morning and replaced the thermostats. I know this is inconvenient for guests and sometimes these unpreventable things happen even with newer hot water heaters. We try our very best to get issues resolved promptly even on weekends and holidays. Thanks for you patience!

Perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Texas home. The heated pool and backyard lounge area was perfect for our girls reunion. We loved catching up while hanging out around the fire pit. The sleeping arrangements we perfect for our group of 12. We found the home to be exceptionally clean and communication was excellent.

Great bachelor weekend

Bachelor weekend in Dallas with 10 guys, the house did not disappoint, had a bunch of activities to do while we were at the house, awesome outdoor area, watched games on the 65 inch tv outside while grilling and hanging out. House was pretty close to everything so we went out every night therefore the quiet hours at night was not an issue. Only issues we had was the neighbor peeking over the fence saying we are too loud in the middle of the afternoon with the Amazon speaker not even half volume which was ridiculous, also one of the neighbors dogs was barking at 630 am which was easily heard in the house. Overall it was a great time, Blake was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Great house with a great host.

The house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We had a group of 12 staying here and the only change I would make is a larger meeting space. The house was nicer than the neighborhood as well, but that was hardly noticeable once you are inside enjoying your stay.

Has plenty small details, missing some big oness

This house has a lot of fun details and they did a great job stocking the pantry and garage with fun. The smart features were very helpful and easy to use. There were plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the living room and patio sitting area for evening movies and wind down time. You can tell they worked hard to update the property. There were WAY too many reminders about the quiet time and how angry the neighbors would be if we were too loud. We not only had to sign an extra waiver and there were signs posted, but we got an email and text every day. This is NOT a place to stay if you want to enjoy the outside amenities later than 9:30. After we had to stop fun early, we were very upset to be woken up EVERY morning at 7am with a loud neighbor's dog that would bark all day and mowers one morning. It is clearly not a neighborhood policy, and we were upset our limitations were so strict compared to the neighbors' lack of courtesy. The hot tub was nice for 1 out of 3 nights because it was broken, but they fixed it quickly and refunded some money. We were disappointed because it was a big reason we spent extra money to rent this property, but the property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Still a bummer! Also, I was scared to be on the upstairs balcony for any length of time. The railings wobble and it didn't seem stable. The bedrooms were comfortable, but the upstairs loft really needs a door. You can clearly hear conversations upstairs all the way from the downstairs living room on the opposite side of the house. The floors downstairs were the creakiest I have ever heard. You really need to be hard of hearing or not travel with light sleepers to enjoy this house. It was tough to have the kids go to bed early and still move around without waking them up, and we couldn't be outside because we were afraid of losing our deposit if we were too loud. So it made it tough be awake later than 10pm. All in all we liked the property and were within 15 minutes of good restaurants but all the other issues will prevent us from coming back. But when we added up all of the noise issues we had to deal with and the extra fees they charge, it just wasn't worth the price.

Texas Resort

Plenty of space for our Momcation/Sisterhood Relaxation weekend. Quiet neighborhood. 10:30pm was a bit early for quiet time but we had plenty of space, comfy beds and a good weekend.

Quiet and private, and very close to downtown, this home is perfect for family gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette trips or just good ole TX fun/
