The property is poorly maintained, things falling a part front and back yard had trash everywhere garage door badley damaged and wont open.

This isnt as good as it looks. House was filthy.still had tater tots in oven. Dishes in dishwasher dirty. No top sheet on any of the beds. The jacuzzi was cold and only got warm not hot. Floors were dirty. And the air conditioning wasnt working when we got to the house. Teno nevada is hot It took me from the nigjt we got there until 2pm the day after to actually get a air conditioning guy out to fix it. I had spoke with the vrbo host as soon as we got there about these issues and never was helped. I had to get a hold of a supervisor and finally they listened and got a real nice man out to fix it for us. The hvac guy was awesome but i will never go thru vrbo again. Totally disatified with there services. I should get at least half my money back for the full day that i lost of my 5 day vacation. It was very stressful for me having my husband and his elderly parents with the air conditioning not working and nobody wanting to help and get back to us. It was 86 in the house all night long and half the next day untilit was fixed. Thats was not the way i wanted my vacation to start out

I COULDN'T STAY IN THE HOUSE AS IT WAS NEVER CLEANED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUESTS LEFT. I CALLED AND MESSAGED THE MANAGER AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL BACK TO APOLOGIZE AND PROCESS THE REQUESTED REFUND.AVOID THIS HOUSE - IT'S A MESS INSIDE AND OUT !!

While the exterior of the house might not make the best first impression, the inside is beautiful—clean, nicely decorated, and very inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and spend quality time with family, and the pool was a great bonus.I would have given 5 stars, but there were no locks on any of the bedroom doors, which felt a bit awkward. In the master bedroom, opening the door gives a direct line of sight to the shower, which has clear glass doors. We ended up placing our suitcases in front of the bedroom door to prevent it from being accidentally opened while someone was changing or showering. Additionally, the backyard appeared to have not been landscaped in some time.That said, I would still recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again if the opportunity arises.

Accomplishes the job, but could be improved.

The place is a nice 3 bed, 2 bath home that has plenty of space to spread out. There were some things that were disappointing and not what we thought. There were no additional garbage bags, the reverse osmosis (or hot water faucet) at the kitchen sink didn't work, the rain shower attachment in the master bathroom wasn't securely attached to the wall, the bathroom vanities were crooked and looked like they'd fall off the wall if you accidentally put pressure on them, the toilet paper holder was missing from the master bathroom, there was a big water stain on the baseboard in the second bathroom, there were no drinking cups (just coffee mugs), some of the LVP flooring didn't lay flat by the kitchen island, and the fabric on the barstools was peeling. It was clean though and aesthetically pleasing. It worked for the purpose of our stay which was great, especially since we had a 1-year old with us. But a few more provided amenities (garbage bags and regular drinking mugs) would have been appreciated.
