With two king bedrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk room, and generous seating indoors and out, there’s space for everyone to settle in beautifully.
Travel should feel effortless. The fully fenced pool provides room to splash and unwind while maintaining peace of mind. The open layout allows you to prepare meals, relax, and stay connected all at once. Beach and pool towels are provided, the kitchen is well-equipped for full meals, and ample seating ensures everyone has a comfortable place to land. This is a home where kids can play freely - and adults can truly relax.

This property does have exterior cameras and a video recording capabilities both in the front and rear of the home along with the doorbell. These exist for the safety and integrity of the property. Do not tamper with or in any way disable these devices.
----- HOUSE RULES -----
We look forward to hosting you at Coastal Carolina Cottage! To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone, please review and agree to the following house rules:
- Must be 24 years old or older to book this property.
- We require a rental agreement and government ID to be signed and submitted to book this property. Must be signed within 48 hours of booking. You will not be able to check into the property without the signed rental agreement and ID submission.
- A $500 security deposit is required and will be billed separately prior to check in. It will be collected 2 days prior to arrival. If the rental property is returned in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be released within 3 days after check out.
- Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. These times are important in order to keep our cleaners and other team members on track to prepare for the next guests. You are subject to a late fee of $50/half hour if you are more than 15 minutes past your grace period to vacate the property.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the home. Smoking of any kind will result in a $750 additional cleaning and ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not permitted. If guests are found to have hosted a party, they will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
- No Illegal Substances: Use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. If suspected, authorities will be contacted and guests will be asked to vacate immediately.
- Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests - Maximum Adults: 6 Maximum Children: 4 Please respect the maximum occupancy limit at all times.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels low during these hours.
- Do not disconnect or tamper with the security cameras, smart locks, other electronics, or wireless router inside or outside the home.
- Do not rearrange furniture: Furniture must remain in its original position.
- Respect the Space: Please wash used dishes and run the dishwasher before checkout. Dispose of perishables and take out the trash as part of your departure.
- We DO include bed linens and towels as part of your stay. Please do not use bleach on the bedding or towels.
- Spray tan policy: If you use spray tanning products, please bring your own linens. Any stained linens may incur additional charges.
- No glitter/no dye: Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.
- Respect the neighborhood: Please be mindful that this is a residential neighborhood with many primary homeowners. The property next door is occupied full-time by a permanent resident, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, and be respectful of the surroundings at all times.
- Parking is only in the driveway or underneath the cottage. Do not park on the street or in the vacant lot next door.
- Please do not burn candles or use diffusers in the property. Not only is this a fire hazard, but it also creates a lingering scent that can cause allergies to others.
- Please secure the home each time you leave by locking each of the doors.
- Trash day is Monday. If your reservation falls during that time, please roll out cans to the street Sunday. If you arrive Monday after trash pick up, please roll cans up and into the left gate for storage.
By booking this property, you agree to these house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
We understand that accidents happen and we kindly ask that you report any damage immediately so we can replace ahead of the next guest. Should the damage not be covered by the security deposit or insurance, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guest.
