**FRONT GATE**
The gate opens automatically when driving out. If walking out, please use the remote control found on the front table upon entry. A $100 fee will apply if the remote is lost.

**SPA**
Use of the steam shower and Jacuzzi tub is at your own risk. Please follow all instructions carefully. By using them, you acknowledge the rules and release the owner from liability.

**GAS LOG FIREPLACE**
Operate the fireplace using the **MODE** button on the remote only. Do not adjust the unit directly.
