Nestled in a quiet, secure mountain community, you will find the Hummingbird Cottage. Beginning on September 1st 2026, this will be a full house rental. This is a two story home.
Bedroom number one is on the top floor and features a king sized bed. There is a ceiling fan along with a Smart TV. Upstairs also features a full kitchen, a newly remodeled bathroom, and a cozy sitting area. Bedroom number 2 is a suite featuring two comfy twin beds, a ceiling fan, high-speed internet, cable, live wood bookshelves, and a desk. Just outside the front door is a fully remodeled, private bathroom with a tiled, spa shower. When staying at the property, you will enjoy a Keurig coffee maker with free coffee and snacks. The community offers a lovely lake with a beach, an Olympic-size pool (seasonal amenity), a public golf course, and hiking trails. It is within minutes of Banner Elk, Linville Falls, and Linville Gorge, along with the Blue Ridge Parkway. The community has a laundromat and offers 24-hour security. All beds offer fresh linens and bedding.Towels are also provided. Concierge services are available, such as housekeeping, fire pit lighting, and wood delivery.
