The house was large and comfortable with lots of great spaces. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly what the listing promised. We had a small issue when we were using the stove as it ran out of gas but it was resolved promptly by the host.Loved the area as it was close the El Yunque National Forest and it was very peaceful to be around nature. Enjoyed it very much.

What An amazing stay!!! The house had a gorgeous view, we definitely enjoyed our stay here! The nearby beaches were perfect for our kids, lots to do & see. The host was super sweet. We will definitely be back.

Thr place was well kept nicely laminated which was very important for us arriving from our tours. Only the entry bridge is scary if you are not a good driver. They need a stronger water pump, water pressure in the house was very low when 2 showers are going hot water was plenty. Just low water pressure. Other than that location was great to enter El Yunke rain forest and 4 great river locations. Awesome time we will rent again

Excellent place. The interior is exactly as pictured. Lots of room, AC works very well. You can hear the coqui at night and it's wonderful. The river along side the property is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful when I was trying to find the property late at night in the dark and rain. If you want to spend time at El yunque and luquillo beaches, this place is perfect.

This was exactly as described. The hot tub worked perfect and this place was super clean. It had beach amenities umbrellas, chairs and ice chest. The host was communicating with us as soon as we messaged. I would not pass on this hidden gem. It had perfect access to El Yunque rain forest feet away.

The hot tub didn't heat at all, but the rest of the place was great. The second floor patio had a gorgeous view of the mountain stream and jungle. There are a few houses nearby, but you mostly see jungle. The night jungle sounds were penetrating and delicious. Don't expect quiet, but you will love the sounds of the coqui and other jungle critters.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico and truly enjoyed our time here. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her room and kept saying she had never slept so well. She really appreciated being able to keep her room nice and cold while shutting the door so the rest of us didn’t freeze. One of our favorite parts was being able to go down to the river right outside the house. It was beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing hearing the sound of the water from the balcony. The balcony itself was very spacious, and the couch was extremely comfortable — it was a great place to unwind. The driveway was a little intimidating at first, and we were definitely glad we arrived during daylight hours, but overall we had a fantastic experience. We would absolutely come back again. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

Clean, modern home in a quiet rainforest setting but only 10-15 minutes from Luquillo and 20-30 minutes from El Yunque sites. We enjoyed our stay here. I loved sitting on the porch listening to the Coqui frogs and the river flowing. We had a few minor issues but the host was responsive to them. We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes over the years and this one’s kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I prefer, but I’ve found that you can’t really plan on a kitchen having what you are used to - we were able to make it work and cook what we needed to. The grill on the patio was nice to have, but probably needs some repairs - it was practically a flamethrower, even on the lowest setting :). AC worked well. Bathrooms were good. As others have said, the driveway includes a narrow concrete bridge with no walls/barriers on the edge so that is a bit scary but after a few times wasn’t so bad.

We love the property. It was clean, the property management answer all our questions. Down side the hot tube didn’t work. It comes on. But never got hot.

The porch is lovely and has wonderful views. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds. The apartment is right next to an entrance to the rainforest, and there is a road near the apartment that we walked up that had amazing views and a guava tree. The inside of the apartment is very gray and dreary, almost no light, and the furniture, towels, and linens are cheap but serviceable. No bedside lamps, and nowhere near the bed to plug your phone in. There was a fake Christmas tree and a couple fake poinsettias up, even though it was mid-March/Lent when we were there - it seemed like they aren't paying that much attention. The host was easy to communicate with and brought us some additional kitchen stuff when we told her that there was no can opener, kitchen towels, colander, etc. The showers were really nice, and we were able to get the hot tub to heat up, but it took about 14 hours to go from 83 F to 100 F, so definitely make increasing its temperature the first thing you do.

Overall, the property was nice and clean, and we had a great stay. The only issue we experienced was with the hot water, but the property manager responded quickly and had someone come out the same day to fix it. We really appreciated the prompt service and would stay here again.

We spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it! We wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s so relaxing, in the rainforest right next to a river. You can hear the frogs at night. The driveway is literally just before an entrance to El Yunque forest, which made it very easy to access. While the price may seem a bit expensive I’d say it is well worth it. There is a hot tub, hammocks, bbq grill, full kitchen, several areas to relax, several tvs, etc. very modern and comfortable. The host was very helpful and polite. The only thing we wished that the showers and hot tub could get a little warmer, but compared to other places we stayed in Puerto Rico it is the same and we were able to handle it. If I am ever coming back to El Yunque I will definitely try to stay here again!
