Change Your Latitude ~ Ocean Front Paradise 2 Bedroom

Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean while you enjoy your coffee on the gigantic, ocean front, patio. Tie your hammock up to the palm trees in front of the property on the beach and enjoy your day! There is a nice grassy area as well as a sandy beach only steps from the front door. Later in the day, enjoy the ocean view at the eat-in bar that is open from the kitchen to the patio. Blend up some frozen drinks or feed the kids a quick bite of lunch. There are almost always surfers and Kate borders to watch in front of the property. During the right season, turtles also love our beach to lay their eggs… If you’re lucky enough, you might even see some hatch! Take a walk down to magnificent food vendors or sit and have some drinks and food at the local restaurants. The kioskos are also only a couple minutes away, by car, and have a variety of local foods as well as burgers and fries, lobster, or some frozen drinks! There is also a super calm beach just behind the kiosk and to the right as you face the ocean.

This is the front half of a duplex. It has 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed and a twin over queen bed. There is also a studio apartment available at the rear of the building that can be rented separatelyif you need more space for your group to spread out! Property ID #2131780. The house is minutes from many local attractions such as El Yunque rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, Old San Juan and the forts, lighthouses, the ferry to Flamenco Beach, Icacos Island, and so much more!! Not to mention it’s located on one of the best beaches in the area! Spend your days exploring, shopping, fishing, eating, hiking, laying in the hammock, or just laying on the beach!
