The home’s private entrance located on the right side of the building along a crushed shell path, ensures convenience and peace of mind with dedicated parking just for you along the circular driveway. Inside, you'll find updated furniture and stylish touches that make this home feel like your own personal retreat. With high-speed Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly atmosphere, you can stay connected or simply disconnect while enjoying the island’s beauty. Sleeping up to 4 guests, this is the ideal spot for small families or a group of friends looking to experience the best of Sanibel Island. Located just minutes from the island's pristine beaches, charming shops, and excellent dining, this vacation rental is the perfect starting point for your island adventures. The bedroom features a queen bed and the living room features a single sleeper sofa. The bathroom is located down the hall from the bedroom entrance and features a single vanity and walk in shower configuration. An extra cot can be made available upon request to allow the unit to sleep 4 guests (at additional cost).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to unit C, which is the one pictured and described in this listing. There are two other units in this building, units A and B. Unit C features a private entrance that is not shared with the other units and features no shared interior or exterior spaces. The only shared aspect is the driveway, which is shared with unit B. However, Unit C does have a designated spot in the driveway. Since the building is built out of concrete, the walls are also very thick and carry little to no noise.

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a golf cart for getting around the island.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in, the exact agreement will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation using eSign technology.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
