Guest access
- Guests will have access to the entire home.
- Guest will also have access to the 2 car garage and 1 additional car in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars per the Palm Springs City Ordinance.
- You will be greeted upon arrival by one of our concierge hosts.

Other things to note
The person making the reservation must be over the age of 25. They will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID and sign a rental agreement.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.

Any type of sound from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of the Vacation Rental unit per Palm Springs City Ordinance.

Pool Heating fee of $60 per day from October 01 - May 31.

Please note the follows service dates: (You don't need to do anything but not these service providers have access to the gate and backyard pool and will not bother or interact with you.)
- Gardening Services take place every Monday morning.
- Pool cleaning takes place every Monday and Thursday.
- Trash rollout service is every Monday.
