Designed with relaxation in mind, all bedrooms feature plush bedsâtwo with kings and one with a queenâeach outfitted with ceiling fans for added comfort. The spacious primary suite includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the backyard and pool/spa area.
Leisure is the lifestyle here. The open-concept great room, combining the living area and a well-appointed kitchen, flows seamlessly into a backyard built for poolside enjoyment. Surrounded by tall block walls and lush hedges for exceptional privacy, the outdoor space features a classic rectangular pool, a shaded pergola with a jacuzzi spa, alfresco dining area, plenty of chaise lounges, and generous patio seating. Enjoy stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains while grilling on the built-in gas BBQ, conveniently located next to a kitchen pass-through window for easy outdoor entertaining.
Just a mile and a half from downtown Palm Springs, youâre never far from vibrant restaurants, nightlife, art galleries, and boutique shopping. Whether you're in the mood for a hike, horseback riding, or exploring the chic Uptown Design District, everything is just minutes away by carâperfect after a day of poolside lounging.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company â 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
