Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. Host will charge guest via AirBnB Resolution Center, AirCover, and/or security deposit in order to collect for these items. New Damages: If damage occurs during your stay, please be transparent and notify us immediately. We understand accidents happen and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Location was great and the space/layout was great for my family. It was nice to have step stools in the bathrooms for the kids, however, it would have been nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms too. There also weren't enough hand towels for all of the bathrooms and there weren't any in the kitchen. There was body wash, soap and conditioner in the showers, which was nice. Parking was not what I expected; it was street parking and I thought it would be on the property. We also were not able to use the code we were given to enter the property and it took calling to get a different code to be able to enter. This house is listed to allow 8 people. We had two kids and two adults and a baby and there weren't enough forks for all of us. The faucet makes this really loud noise in the kitchen when it's in use. We could also hear the neighbors in the unit next to us. There is also a really large gap under the porch door in the master bedroom that we had to block with a towel so bugs wouldn't come in. Additionally, the wifi didn't seem to keep up in the evening when others were probably also using it in the area. Overall the space was nice, but some of the amenities could use some love.

Quick trip before back to school
We loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit! It was spacious enough for our family of four to spread out and truly relax during our downtime on vacation. The location was perfect—centrally located to everything St. Louis has to offer, with quick and easy access to the baseball stadium, the Arch, and downtown.It was wonderful to pick up Pappy’s BBQ and bring it back to enjoy in the comfort of the unit, and the cozy living space was perfect for movie nights. Although we were initially apprehensive about where to stay for safety reasons, the neighborhood felt safe, and parking was always easy and convenient.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis!
