Regarding the two cameras in the backyard: they are exterior security cameras pointed at the pool and backyard area only (no coverage inside the home or private spaces) and are there solely for safety and security purposes—to monitor the pool area and protect against unauthorized access after hours. They’re disclosed in the house rules and listing description for transparency, but I completely understand how they could feel uncomfortable.
