The Space:
This Scottsdale private vacation retreat combines 1 Main home and a Casita vacation home on large lot, a great place to stay for an extended family, couples, groups of friends, or golf trips. Delivering just the right combination of togetherness and privacy!
Inside this Scottsdale retreat, you will find it ideally suited for entertaining. The big house features 2 living areas and a movie theater room. Easily entertain your guest while taking in your favorite sports team or movie.
The Main House offers 6 stylish and well appointed bedrooms that are separate and spacious. The upstairs master bedroom features a 2 door walk in closet and beautifully appointed en-suite. Down the hall on the main floor you will find 2 queen bedrooms. Just across the hallway is a full bath and a half bath. Downstairs you will find another master suite with king bed and private bathroom. The next room is a queen bedroom with a full bath just across the hall. The last bedroom downstairs has 2 more beds.
The Guest House features a fabulous large kitchen area that opens up into the living area. Here you can play pool and just hang out away from the main house. The living area is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and a 60"" TV. Each bedroom is separate and spacious. The first bedroom is a master suite with a spacious floor plan featuring a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is also an additional washer and dryer located in the space.
Both homes each feature their own beautifully appointed kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The main house seats 8 people for dining and comes complete with pots, pans, bake ware, utensils, dishes and glasses for indoors and out. There is a Wolf gas range and a large capacity Sub-Zero refrigerator.
Open up the large sliding doors and walk outside, where you can bring the inside outside. There is plenty of seating and is great for entertaining guest by the grill or fireplace. Enjoy an abundance of outdoor space with numerous sets of outdoor tables & chairs for dining, sunning and conversation. The private backyard oasis is perfect for laying out in the Scottsdale sunshine, floating in the large, sparkling pool or sitting around the fire pit with cocktails, catching up with friends. There are 3 putting greens located in the backyard for you to test your skills before heading out to the course.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.
Upon booking, we require all of our guest to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
