A peaceful mountain retreat set away from the bustle of Tucson, yet conveniently located near Oracle Road, with quick access to great food, shopping, and scenic attractions. A semi-private hiking trail starts right near the property, perfect for nature walks.



Getting Around:

The casita sits at the end of a long driveway on N. Marne Place. Please drive carefully, as it is a one-way drive. Guests may park in the designated spot labeled “Casita Parking.” Car, Uber, and Lyft are the recommended transportation options.

One parking space is provided in front of the Casita sign.



Laundry Facility

A full-sized washer and dryer are available in an external laundry room on the property. This area is accessible at any time.



Owner Residence

The property owner resides in the main house. All access points to the main home are private, securely locked, and not accessible to guests.
