We had a party of 7 and the house had plenty of room. House was very clean and well stocked. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable. Great crash pad for big family looking to be near Seaworld and other attractions. Had a great time!

The house was wonderful. The host was prompt to reply though we needed nothing. The house had all we could have needed. The area was safe and friendly. The beds were comfortable. you can tell this owner takes the guests comfort seriously. Even if we had an issue I have no doubt it would have been handle perfectly.

The property was well maintained and nicely stocked. The hot tub was a nice feature due to the only Texas Coldfront to happen in 2026. The host and property were both as described. Will be back great place centrally located if you pass this place up, you’ll be missing out on a great experience.

When you first walk in it feels like home. Plenty of room and wide open where you’re not feeling cramped. Big backyard for our fur babies and plenty of rooms for your family. Quiet quaint and well kept subdivision. Plenty to do and not far from any restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We definitely will be back again at Kiana’s home. You definitely won’t be disappointed booking with Kiana.

All four bedrooms were clean. No dust and swept. One bedroom had granola bar pieces, the wrapper a broken fingernail underneath the bed. This was disappointing and unacceptable. I notified the Host and informed me submit pictures. The temperature upstairs was very HOT. Family was not able to sleep the first night. The kitchen needed more supplies overall. The Hot Tub was not usable. If you kept it plugged in, it would leak. The Hot Tub was not inviting. The backyard was big, however not pet friendly. The grass was really dry. Plenty of toiletries. You have to open the window to the bathroom when you shower. The house is very old and it shows its age. Every morning we woke up to many water bugs and Pinchers in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway. Mostly downstairs. This place was a big disappointment. I paid a lot of money and definitely was not worth it. The stairs don’t seem to be level going upstairs. It took a couple of days to get used to it. All Family members stated, we will never book this place again. The Hostess was responsive, until I told her that I had pictures to show her of the bugs and the granola bar/wrapper and Fingernail underneath the bed. She told me she would refund the account 50. Still haven’t received it and probably won’t. The stay was unacceptable. Definitely regret this stay. Would I recommend it. Absolutely not. A lot of work needs to be done. It has been neglected.

Regarding cleanliness, we were surprised to hear those finding because we strive for spotless accommodations, which is why we immediately offered to dispatch our professional cleaning team as soon as you brought it to our attention. Additionally, our hot tub was serviced at the beginning of your stay, confirming it was clean, balanced, and fully operational. While our home features a central A/C system, opening windows during Texas summer heat introduces heavy outdoor humidity, which prevents the A/C system from cooling upper levels effectively and allows native outdoor insects to enter.
