overall good experience. cabin was a little smaller than we original realized. property was clean, and bug free. check in wasn't bad. keyless entry into the propetry. kitchen was nice everything worked and they provided pots and pans. only downside was that your about 15-20 mins from everything

it was overall a great place very clean i will say there were 2 lightbulbs in one of the bathrooms that were broken but it didn’t affect our stay whatsoever it was really clean when we got there very quiet neighborhood would definitely recommend!!

Great location

I enjoyed the location and the feel of the cabin. Unfortunately I must have missed that fact that there was no WiFi, I had to go to Starbucks to work each morning. Also, I love that there is a pool table but there really isn’t enough room to take a lot of the shots. Overall though, nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay.

Six day stay with teenagers and NO WIFI

No pool table as advertised the window kept flying open in the small room the door had no blinds or curtains and the car lights shinned in had to put up a sheet and there was no WIFI how is it 2025 and there was NO WIFI my kids took it like champs but I still felt horrible about it the whole skip days we stayed no WiFi was not stated

Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very nice and clean I wish they would change the blinds there were several damaged ones it took away a bit of privacy. We have stayed in other cabins in the past that were also pet friendly but this one had some wear on it. Didn't bother us but may want to look around.

However if there is ice on the ground it would be difficult to get to the cabin since their is a steep hill. I would recommend in summer but hesitate for winter. We were lucky since it didn't ice. Does have a great view.

Amazing

When we walked into the cabin, we were incredibly blown away! It was absolutely beautiful! The hillside on the back deck was great as you could sit back there and not have someone staring at you from their deck. My kids and husband LOVED the pool table and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay! The beds were also quite comfortable. My son actually stated that he wanted to take the bed he slept in home. We didn't try out the jacuzzi tub but did sit in the hot tub which was nice. All in all, other than the hill up to the cabin, the location was great and the cabin itself was incredible! Thanks Aunt Bugs Cabins!

The ceiling fan in the master bedroom started making a noise, turns out the blades were loose so we had to go to Walmart and buy a screwdriver to tighten them. The dishwasher was extremely loud. And the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It was high in the middle and low on each side so we felt like we were going downhill all night. Other than that the cabin was great! If these issues are fixed we would definitely stay again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented cabins from Aunt Bugs on several different occasions, I felt that this cabin at the rental price we paid was less than satisfactory. I felt it was over priced for what it was. The hot tub would not hold water, must have a leak in it. It was 1/2 full when we arrived and we filled it and the next day it was 1/2 full again. The cabin had a pool table, but was virtually useless due to the lack of space around it. Judging from our experiences with cabin rentals, I feel this cabin was way over priced for what had. I have no problem with Aunt Bugs, but I would not recommend this cabin due to pricing and the other things mentioned above.

Yearly Family Vacation

There were several things either broken or in need of repair. The most serious being the front bed in the room with two beds! It’s barely sitting on furniture risers and if you move much it will fall off. Second issue of concern was there was a very strong cleaning product smell inside the oven and we had to wash it down and burn the smell out. Not sure what they cleaned it with but it was very strong. The blinds in the same two bed bathroom weren’t attached to the wall. One of the rockers on front porch has broken slats with nails sticking out. The place just needs a good TLC job and would be great! The location is perfect and the level lot and parking is very good. I wouldn’t call the pool heated, more lukewarm! Would we rent it again? Maybe if these issues were addressed especially based on the location and property!

Horrible customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both toilets backed up in our cabin. We were without the use of a bathroom for over four hours while the office manager came up with excuses for not moving us to another cabin. Totally unprofessional in a very competitive lodging industry. Finally, at midnight, we relocated to an inferior cabin. Two days later, we packed and unpacked again to a different cabin. And yet a third time - repeat the move. I have yet to hear a reply from my three emails requesting that we be reimbursed for the nights we did not spend in the cabin with the amenities we paid for. I will be contacting an attorney to recover our loss. There are plenty of other rental companies to choose from. Read the reviews before you choose Aunt Bugs.

Dont get your hopes up

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was much smaller than it appeared. I spoke with someone and they said it would be great if there was another couple with lots of space and privacy- this particular cabin was recommended by an employee because I stated I wanted space/privacy (inside and out)/mountain view. The "living room" had everything jammed packed in it. The living room/kitchen/dining room/pool table are all in one VERY small space. It is the ONLY space to hang out that is inside of the cabin. The televisions are all extremely small (like 12-16 inches) so I hope you aren't planning on a movie night. The pans were awful. Its a charcoal grill- so bring your own charcoal. It is near several other houses and the hill to get to it is very steep (need 4 wheel drive in winter). Lastly, the mountain view is visible from the FRONT porch (so you can see all other houses around/people walking/etc.). I was not happy with this place. The other companies I have gone through gave me what was promised- beware.

The cabin was nice, but the kitchen was a bit outdated. Which is totally fine. Unfortunately we had some issues with the water heater and furnace. However, I will say the property manager was VERY communicative and sent repair techs out immediately. Loved Aunt Bug’s but perhaps a different cabin next time.

Nice but repairs needed.

The vaca was great. The cabin stay was nice however the blinds on the windows were all in need of repair. We will definitely reserve again in the future.

Nice looking cabin but seriously lacking

The property itself was nice enough BUT …..it was not well stocked or ready for use. There were not hardly any kitchen items as compared to many cabins I have stayed in. I would call it a sparsely appointed kitchen -functional but not nice. Cannot use kitchen table and pool table at same time as they are in same space. Literally one towel per person. Had to use wet towels if you wanted to use for hot tub and shower in same day. Had to wash towels each night to start over. And the BIGGEST issue was that we arrived with the need for 4 beds and there was ABSOLUTELY no bedding for the pull out sofa. It was very cold outside and we had to wrap up in a mattress pad and jackets to sleep. In addition, one of the full beds had not been changed. It had hair in the sheets. The property manager did have bedding delivered during our second day of stay. The cabin itself is nice but the amenities provided need improved.

Thank you for your review. We will address each thing you mention. They all sound like quick fixes. We inspect our cabins regularly to restock the kitchen and other necessities. We apologize that the kitchen wasn't stocked for you. We would have been happy to get you any necessary items. We appreciate the feedback. We hope you enjoyed your stay here.

Great cabin

Great cabin we stayed here for a week 2 adults 2 kids and a dog . Super clean . The only downfall was that it has no internet access whatsoever. But overall great!
