This was OVERALL a great experience! The house was clean and updated. Appliances were nice, ice maker, really everything we needed. We’ve stayed at Martinique many times and the beach there is THE BEST! There were a few issues:None of the TV’s in the bedrooms worked. We stayed at this location for 2 weeks. The maintenance crew came mid way through our first week. New TV’s showed up that weekend (end of week 1). They worked as long as we had a personal app/account to log into. Just had to be sure to log out before we left. The ice machine was nice because the one in the fridge was not working.We were notified, after we paid for our trip and a week before arrival that there was an added fee for parking (we did not see this on the VRBO website description nor had we experienced this before) for ALL vehicles, including ours (this house has its own drive/parking). Of course we’re going to need to park there?It seemed to be a bit of a process to get a hold of the owner but we understand as everything goes through maintenance (they were great and very responsive) and then to owner, back to maintenance, then we’d get an answer. (This was a new experience at Martinique for us but probably normal with new rules)All in all this was a great house, great experience. Well maintained, close “ish” to the beach (the golf cart made that trip better), lots of room (3 big beds each with their own full bath), great front porch, upper balcony, and great back screened in area!
