Willkommen bei IOP! Unsere Familie besucht Isle of Palms seit 13 Jahren und liebt die Gegend von Charleston. Wir hoffen, Sie genießen Ihren Aufenthalt und alles, was dieses Haus zu bieten hat. Dieses Haus wurde mit den Annehmlichkeiten zusammengestellt, die wir im Urlaub für großartig hielten. Es ist eine renovierte 5100 Quadratfuß, 7 BR, 5 BA Haus 1 Block zum Restaurant / Bars und 1 Block zum Zugang zum Strand. Es wurde von einem Innenarchitekten eingerichtet und professionell gestaltet. Unser Haus verfügt über einen umgekehrten Grundriss mit offener Küche / Esszimmer / Familienzimmer, umlaufenden Veranden auf der 2. und 3. Ebene, Meerblick, eingezäuntem Pool, ebenem und geräumigem Garten, Aufzug und WI-FI. Darüber hinaus ist eines der Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad mit 36 Zoll breiten Türen und barrierefreiem Duscheintritt für alle Mitglieder Ihrer Gruppe rollstuhlgerecht. Es ist 1 Block in die Stadt, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Zugang zum Strand. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher, alle LED. Darüber hinaus haben Sie auf 2 Fernsehgeräten über Apple TV Zugriff auf über 300 Filme. Neuer Grill April 2019

Erdgeschoss: In diesem Wohnbereich befindet sich 1 Schlafzimmer (2 Queen-Betten), 1 Badezimmer und ein zweites Familienzimmer / Spielzimmer. Es umfasst eine Küchenzeile mit einem kompletten Kühlschrank (einschließlich Eismaschine), einen Billardtisch, einen Shuffleboard-Tisch, 2 Fernseher, einen (3D 55 Zoll) vor der Couch nur für Xbox und Filme. Der andere (42 Zoll) in der Nähe des Billardtisches verfügt über reguläre Kabelkanäle perfekt zum Sport gucken oder für deine Lieblingsshow.

2. Stock: Die zweite Ebene verfügt über 4 BRs und eine Waschküche. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist eine große Master-Suite (K) mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zur umlaufenden Veranda auf der Rückseite. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (K) verfügt ebenfalls über ein eigenes Bad und ist behindertengerecht ausgestattet. Die 2 anderen Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Jack-n-Jill-Bad, eines hat einen König und das andere eine Königin.

3. Etage: Die oberste Etage umfasst den Hauptwohnbereich mit 3 Fensterseiten und ist in Sonnenlicht getaucht. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr fließend und ideal für Familienfeiern. Die Küche ist geräumig und offen mit neuen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, darunter ein Doppelofen und ein 42-Zoll-Kühlschrank Subzero. Ein separater Weinkühlschrank und ein kleiner Getränkekühlschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Es gibt viel Platz für alle zum Essen, einen 55-Zoll-Fernseher zum Ansehen Ihrer Lieblingssendung oder zum Ansehen von Filmen. Es gibt auch 2 Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene. Eines hat 2 Einzelbetten und das andere Schlafzimmer hat eine Königin und ist an ein Vollbad angeschlossen (nur Dusche). Dieses Bad ist auch von der Halle zugänglich. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur Veranda auf der 3. Ebene.

Isle of Palms ist eine wunderschöne Barriereinsel in der Nähe von Charleston, die die entspannte Atmosphäre einer Strandstadt bietet, aber nur 20 Minuten entfernt ist. von allen Innenstadt von Charleston zu bieten hat. Neben den wunderschönen, breiten Stränden bietet IOP einen Yachthafen zum Mieten von Kajaks, Jetskis oder Booten sowie ein fantastisches Freizeitzentrum mit Spielplatz, Tennisplätzen, Sportfeldern und Basketballplätzen.

Muss mindestens 30 Jahre alt sein, um dieses Haus zu mieten. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Die maximale Anzahl an Übernachtungsgästen (über 2 Jahre) beträgt 12. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der IOP empfindlich auf unangemessene Geräuschpegel reagiert, sodass nach 22:00 Uhr keine Partys und großen Versammlungen mehr stattfinden. Die Lärmschutzverordnung wird von der Isle of Palms Police strikt eingehalten. Verstöße gegen die Lärmschutzverordnung können zu Bußgeldern und / oder zur Räumung führen.

We had a great stay here. It truly is a prime location from the beach and walkable to lots to do at IOP. The house was huge with plenty of rooms for our whole group, along with enough towels in all the bathrooms. A great kitchen set up with plenty of cookware and utensils. The pool and the backyard was fantastic. We will be back! Thanks for a great experience.

The house was just as listed and very spacious. We were grateful for all the games/amenities the house had since two of our days were spent indoors due to torrential rains. But having the large communal areas where we could all be together comfortably was perfect! The only complaint was the mattresses on the two single beds, which were very hard. Other than that our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend for other large groups.

We Loved our stay at this house. I've never seen a more equipped kitchen for a rental, so if you have a big family and preparing lots of dinners this kitchen and living/dining area is amazing!!! The whole house and week was perfect. The only thing that wasn't perfect is if you are big pool people the pool is quite small with little deck/lounging area but we rented some extra lounge chairs and made it work! Overall the house was terrific and my entire family from age 4 to age 84 loved it! PS - The elevator was a life saver for my father in law who just had knee surgery and all the stairs would have been challenging otherwise!!

This is our second time staying in IOP and we loved this house! The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Best Family Vacation! Location to beach and town were perfect for all ages. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen and the rooms were very spacious. Family Vacation March 8-15

We took our freshman college son and extended family here on his spring break. We looked for a home with an elevator for my 85 year old mom and pool for our little ones. The weather was pretty good and we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was perfect (not too cold). The house had PLENTY of room with so much storage space. The reason I gave the accuracy of the listing a 4 was because there were more things in the house than what was listed. We traveled with things not knowing it was included. The house is three stories so there are a lot of stairs. I don't know that I would recommend if you have a lot of little ones. Our 20 month old fell down a few of the stairs before she got caught in the rungs (thankfully). There was one gate at the house (that they didn't mention) that we had up but it wasn't very secure. So we did have to be very careful when she was around and it was a pain hopping over a gate every time you go up the stairs. Yes we could have used the elevator but it wasn't very fast and when you want to just run down to the bedrooms quickly that method was too slow. Overall, it was a beautiful house. It has so many things to use in the kitchen and everything is labeled and easy to find. I had questions before our visit and they were always answered quickly.

The perfect house in IOP

This house is just what is shown in pictures in ALL the best ways. We had a group of 11 and the space was excellent. So many places to hang out, not only as small groups but also as a large group. The kitchen is very usable and the labels on drawers and cupboards are extremely helpful. (The light switches and fan switches are also labeled!) We made a lasagna dinner easily with the utensils and supplies in the house (we bought foil pans, though). The only cooking supplies are spices, but there is a wide selection of those. Bathroom spaces are excellent as was the game room. Loved being so close to the beach and we walked there so many times. Some good places to get meals nearby and a grocery store just down the street. Could not ask for much more and so much fun to be there! I would agree with other reviewers that a few more dish towels would be helpful and appreciated. Two isn't many for a functional kitchen of this size. And while it is not a dealbreaker, having to empty all garbage cans (other than the kitchen ones which makes sense to me), strip all the beds, and gather all the towels seems like what the cleaning fee is supposed to pay for. Overall, would highly, highly recommend it.

Fantastic location for a group/family getaway!

We rented this lovely property for a family holiday gathering: 12 people, aged 12 to 845and EVERYONE loved the place. Short easy walk to the beach, to restaurants, to the grocery store. The elevator made it possible for our elderly parents to access and move about the space, and the furnished game room and bedroom in the basement gave the teens a place to chill and do their own thing.I also loved how all the storage spaces in the kitchen were clearly labeled, which made it easier to find things - and made sure people put things away properly. And the beds were very comfortable.

Great house/location but…

We went here for a girls trip and had a great time, so close to the beach and tons of room to spread out in the house with everything basic that you need. However, the items provided are simply not enough so you will need to buy your own dishwasher pods, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels and beach towels are also not provided. For such a large house and great location you would think they would keep it stocked with necessities such as beach towels and things like olive oil, cooking spray, etc. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the whole trip. I was expecting a little more in this department and the trash bags and toilet paper were the cheapest possible you can find, as well as the sheets being pretty cheap as well. Overall, I would stay here again because of the size and location.

Relaxing and Recharging!

The property is kept in pristine condition. This was our second time booking this house and we were just as pleased as we were the first time. Stay during tropical storm Debby

We were here during tropical storm Debby. In spite of the weather we had an amazing week with family and friends and had plenty of windows for beach time -excellent communication from property manager with storm updates and quick responses to questions -ideal location-close to the action by the pier without being too crowded-slightly higher ground so no flooding and we maintained power -easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery -tons of space -basement with pool, ping pong, shuffle board, fridge and separate entrance -we have stayed at many different houses on iop over the last 30 years-this was one of the best stocked kitchens-also plenty of beach chairs, games and puzzles

Great week on Isle of Palms

This was our first trip to IOP. The house provided everything we needed. Many bedrooms, comfortable living and sleeping spaces, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach equipment, a private pool and game tables. Loved the location close to the beach and close to food. Most of the house has been recently updated. It’s bright, comfortable and spacious. The property manager was only a text away when a few things came up and they were attended to promptly.
