Sleeps 8 with a hot tub, yard games, and free beach chairs and coolers. Perfect for families or small groups seeking a unique and fun Tahoe getaway.

The Space:
Enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a private hot tub, BBQ area, grill + smoker, and plenty of space for your pup to roam. We’ve got beach chairs ready for summer and yard games like cornhole to keep the fun going!

Up front, the spacious deck features a large table with comfy seating for 8–10, complete with string lights for perfect evening hangouts. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, share a meal, and play a few rounds of cornhole under the string lights.

The garage is stocked with beach chairs, coolers, and yard games—feel free to use what you need! (Garage is not available for parking.)

There’s ample parking for 4 cars in the long private driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire place. Enjoy the front, back yard, and decks.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy convenient remote access via a personalized lock code. Our local co-host is always nearby and available should you need anything during your stay—just a quick message away!
