Every booking incurs a mandatory $69 Damage Protection fee, which protects against unintended damage up to $150.



Parking Information

Dedicated parking is not provided on the premises. However, local street parking is available nearby, which includes:



* Metered spots: Fee-based during specific hours; typically complimentary overnight and on Sundays.

* Permit zones: Requires a local resident permit—refer to posted street signs for active restrictions.

* Unrestricted spots: Complimentary options exist in the area, though availability is minimal and spots fill quickly throughout Northern Liberties.



Identity Verification & Guest Requirements



To comply with local regulations and building security standards, guests must satisfy the following criteria:

* Identification: Every guest staying at the location must submit a valid government-issued photo ID.

* Age & Registration: The lead guest placing the reservation must be a minimum of 21 years old and reside on-site throughout the entire visit. If the person arranging the booking is under 21, an accompanying guest who meets the age requirement must complete the booking, register as the primary guest, and remain present for the duration of the stay.



Screening Process: Booking verification may involve confirming contact details, submitting documents through our secure portal, completing a rental agreement, and potentially undergoing a background check if required by management. Submitted personal information is strictly used for identity screening and is never retained for other reasons.



Verification Deadlines: Required information must be submitted within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day arrivals). Access and check-in instructions are released only upon successful completion. Reservations failing to satisfy these security criteria are subject to cancellation.



Pet Policy

Pets are welcome subject to size approval. Please inform us of any animals prior to arrival to prevent booking cancellation. Cleaning charges apply per pet:



* 1 to 4 nights: $35 per day

* 5 to 29 nights: $250 flat fee

* 30+ nights: $400 flat fee
