We are truly sorry you and your mother experienced the elevator issue and greatly appreciate your patience while we arranged for the elevator company to address it. We’re glad your group otherwise loved the home, location, linens, and plentiful beach chairs. Your feedback regarding the master bathroom is also appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you still had a very nice time overall. We did want to clarify that check-in instructions were sent via email twice prior to your arrival (on June 29th and again on July 24th) and your door code was sent 24 hours in advance of check-in. We were also happy to accommodate a two-hour early check-in for you. When a last-minute adjustment is made to the original check-in time, the system can occasionally have trouble updating properly, and we’re truly sorry for that technology issue and any frustration it caused. Regarding the pool, we do believe the listing photos accurately reflect its size, but we understand expectations can differ and we’re sorry it was not what you were hoping for. We also appreciate you bringing the trash cans to our attention and will be looking into what happened so this does not occur again. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.
