Welcome to 408 on Hutchinson Island! A beautiful 4th floor (TOP FLOOR!) Beachfront, Ocean View resort condo, on Hutchinson Island! in Jensen Beach, Florida. Swim in the heated pool or just lounge and work on your tan (loungers by pool provided), relax on the beach all day and then enjoy a beach front dinner on the outside deck of Shuckers restaurant, which is onsite. Come enjoy the weather and everything south Florida has to offer. You deserve it!

Occupancy is 6, However 6 adults will not be comfortable here. A mixture of children and adults that equals 6 will be fine/tight. No more than 4 adults for a comfortable time.

Here you will find gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful palm trees, as well as access to resort amenities like 2 sundecks with charcoal grills, a heated pool that’s available year-round, beach access with outdoor showers for cleaning off the sand, and coin-operated laundry facilities. There’s a small gift shop located in the resort, as well as Shuckers, a local favorite restaurant/bar that’s open-air and Beachfront.
Kitchen: A full kitchen that is well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, microwave, electric range and dishwasher. You will also find a coffee maker for grounds & pods, a toaster, blender, and other kitchen utensils that will help you feel at home. Dishes, bowls, mugs & utensils are all provided, so all you have to do is bring your groceries! There’s also a dining table with seating for four as well as two stools at the kitchen island.
Living Room: Open space with a sofa that pulls out to be a full-sized bed. (Sheets, blankets and pillows provided). A 65" smart tv so you can relax and unwind watching TV with your streaming accounts. The living room has the most beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and palm trees with floor-to-ceiling windows. You can access the oceanfront balcony from the living room or the bedroom.
Bedroom: Another fantastic view of the ocean with a great private balcony to sit out on and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink! 2 queen sized beds, shelf, dresser, closet with hangers, and another smart tv in this room. In the closet you will find beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, Iron and ironing board and various beach toys for the kids.
Bathroom: Large vanity and custom shower with rain head and spray wand. No tub. Toiletrries provided- shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryer.
We collect the primary guests government ID and credit card as part of our standard procedures. This information will be collected on our check in form once you book.

This is a self check in property. There is no hotel staff at the front desk. Please pay attention to emails and or messages from us on your booking channel. Check in is super simple.
