Inside, the home features one main bedroom on the first floor and a second-floor loft with additional beds and a small sitting area—perfect for kids or extra guests. One of the highlights of the home is the oversized indoor porch—an ideal spot to curl up with a book, play cards, or simply watch the sun filter through the trees.

PLEASE READ: The beach is shared with 2 other homes. It is a 3 minute walk from the house.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
• Guest making the reservation must be over 25 (unless they are children with a family). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
• No smoking in the house. If you smoke on the porch, close the windows
• No fireworks or other illegal activities. We will send the police to remove you from our home if you light fireworks
• The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
• Quiet hours is from 10pm-8am
• NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
• Respect the neighbors
• Remove shoes/boots at the door
• You MUST only use our designated beach
