Welcome to Shoys Beach House, a spacious six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath beachfront villa located within the gated community of Shoys on St. Croix. Designed for families, couples, and groups traveling together, the home combines private bedroom suites, generous gathering spaces, a private pool, and direct access to the Caribbean Sea.

The heart of the property is its breezy central courtyard, where each of the five private bedroom suites opens onto a peaceful shared space. This thoughtful layout allows guests to enjoy time together while still having privacy and a comfortable retreat of their own.

Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, generous counter space, an ice maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Spacious living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather, while large televisions throughout the home make it easy to unwind after a day in the sun.

Outdoor living is what makes Shoys Beach House truly special. Relax beside the private pool, soak in the hot tub, enjoy a meal on the expansive covered gallery, or walk through the backyard to the beach. The home also offers kayaks, cornhole, a flat-top grill, tropical landscaping, and multiple spaces for enjoying the sea breeze.

The main villa accommodates up to 10 guests. A separate one-bedroom cottage is also located on the property and may be added to the reservation for an additional nightly fee. The cottage is not automatically included, regardless of the number of guests entered when booking, and must be requested and paid for separately.
