It boasts 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin over full bunk beds and 3 full bathrooms sleeping up to 14 people. The living room even has a cozy murphy bed for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is fully stocked, plus a grill. There is a fully laundry room with a washer and dryer.
All appliances are brand new!
You are just 5 mins from beach access, bay access, and downtown PSJ and less than 10 mins from the Cape! PSJ is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Located on 30A, you have the same white sandy beaches, emerald gulf waters, but without all the crowds, high rise hotels, and tourist traps. Amazing fishing in the bay and beach bonfires are a must! Pool access at William J "Billy Joe" Rish Recreation Area which overlooks beach/ ocean.
This is not only a dog friendly home, but a dog friendly beach so bring your fury companions!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
We love traveling to the beach on vacation in the summer! For years we went to popular destinations such as Panama City, Destin, Gulf Shores, and St. Simon Island. The crowded beaches and tourist traps were my least favorite part though. A few years ago we ventured out to a more remote part of 30A called Port St. Joe. A couple friends of ours told us about it so we had to check it out. We were stunned by the beauty of the sandy beaches and emerald waters but without all the crowds! The town is so cute and relaxed! There are several delicious restaurants to eat at and and places to shop in the downtown area. It is exactly what I need when I want to escape from reality for some relaxation and rest. PSJ is truly one of the best kept secrets of Florida! Come check it out yourself and I am certain you will see why we are so in love with this area!

This home is not in an HOA! That means you can bring your boat or RV. There are no narrow, crowded neighborhood streets. This location is perfect as it is 5 mins to everything! It is also 10 mins from the Cape which is a must see. There is a local seafood market, a state park and of course some of the prettiest beaches in Florida.
