Nestled at the base of our peaceful, wooded backyard, Kozy Koala Cove offers a cozy, one-of-a-kind stay in a permanently parked travel trailer. It’s a perfect little escape that feels tucked away in nature, yet you’re just minutes from the best of Asheville — 5 minutes to historic Biltmore Village and 4 minutes to several beloved local breweries.
This charming camper is set on its own private driveway and site, complete with a picnic table and fire pit for laid-back evenings under the stars.
Inside, the Kozy Koala features a comfy queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, and a functional bathroom with a hot shower and eco-friendly composting toilet. The space also includes heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.

I love Asheville and I want you to love it too! My partner, Paul, and I are also avid campers. We created what would be the perfect place for us, were we to visit Asheville!

Oakley is the perfect place to stay in Asheville! We are in the center of everything, less than 10 minutes from almost any point of interest in the city. Wether you want to visit the Biltmore House, downtown or our River Arts District, you are still only a short drive away; however, you will still feel like you are in the middle of the woods. There is excellent star gazing and the fire pit is the perfect place to do so!
