Beautiful condo to stay on the Island. The use of the golf cart, bikes and beach chairs was so nice. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved staying at DeAnne's condo. It was exceptionally clean and she was a very responsive host! Highly recommend staying here for any small groups!

Super well stocked, beautifully updated and cozy! We especially enjoyed having the bikes to use, as well as the community pool just outside the condo door!

this was a perfect place for us to stay on our recent visit to bald head island. great location and a very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed place. our host was on top of everything - informative, responsive, and generous to accommodate us proactively in case weather-related delays affected our travel plans. thankfully we avoided any disruption, but it showed the level of care and thoughtfulness is given to guests without even asking.we would like to and will book and return to stay here again on our future visits and highly reocmmend to others.

My family had a wonderful stay in this well stocked, comfortable, clean apartment. Situated in a shady, quiet apartment complex with a pool in the middle of BHI it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! I would happily stay there again.

A very comfortable condo - clean and modern. Well stocked kitchen. The rocking chairs on one of the porches were fun to relax in. The host is an excellent communicator and very helpful.

We loved our stay at Royal James! The condo was well stocked with a lot that we needed to make our trip go smoothly! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and we loved that it came with a place to do laundry - we found that very helpful during our stay with all of the wet towels and swimsuits and sand that the beach comes with. The check in was simple and easy and we liked that we had a door code so we didn't have to keep up with extra keys. The community was quiet and relaxing and we made use of the pool on windy days or times where we did not feel like lugging all of our stuff to the beach. Overall a great stay!

This condo was very clean, well furnished, and quiet. The bikes and nice beach chairs were great. The swimming pool was a life saver allowing us to cool off after a hot beach experience.

CondoWe couldn’t have asked for a better getaway in this wonderfully appointed condominium. Everything was just perfect, lovely touches like a variety of coffees and beach towels to use made this such an enjoyable vacation! Private and sheltered, this condo made for a relaxing week. The golf cart was in great condition and the cart cover was ideal for enjoying blustery days on beautiful Bald Head! Deanne was responsive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We look forward to our next visit!!
