Peaceful & Pet Friendly

Like all our other properties, PEACEFUL & PET FRIENDLY is also conveniently located near UF and hospitals and sits in my childhood neighborhood.
Also within walking distance; Publix, La Aurora, Gary Massey Park, Loblolly Woods, multiple restaurants & a variety of shopping.

This is a quiet neighborhood filled with a variety of young professionals, retirees and a few young families. Some folks are still here from my childhood. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful.

The house is bright and airy with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. We offer towels and essential bath products and for all you foodies out there, the kitchen is well appointed for cooking and baking. A variety of spices are on hand as well as coffee and tea.

Bowls & biscuits are provided for our furry guests. Our property is pet-friendly but PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. We ask you cover the furniture with the provided linens or bring your own. We collect a onetime pet cleaning fee.

The TV is a 65” smart TV with Roku. *We do not offer cable. If you need a special live athletic event, we suggest you walk on over to the stadium or to nearby restaurants, Ballyhoos or Gator Dockside. They offer multiple TV screens, so all the sports fans are happy.

Please let us know if you have special needs or requests. Your experience and comfort are our top priority. We are never too far and always just a text away.
Pets must be pre-approved. We appreciate that you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests.
Unapproved pets will result unfavorably.

We ask that you treat the house and neighborhood with respect.
Observe quiet hours 10pm-7am

No smoking or vaping inside or on the premises.
Park in designated areas.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Only registered guests permitted.
