Welcome to our brand-new cabin, built in 2024 on a piece of land that instantly felt like home. With three bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, featuring two king beds, one full bed, a bunk bed, and a pull-out couch. As you round the driveway, take in the gorgeous landscape before stepping inside.

The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed to maximize your enjoyment. Relax at the picnic tables, rock in the chairs, or play yard games. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. Shade areas and string lights create the perfect dreamy evening in Appalachia. This cabin offers a blend of comfort, nature, and charm for an unforgettable stay.

The interior of our cabin was crafted with the intention of being your perfect home away from home. With ample storage throughout, a charging station, and a Bluetooth speaker to set the vibes, 4 Pines has thought of everything. Whether you prefer cocktails or a hot cup of tea, you'll find all you need here. Stay in for a cozy movie night with complimentary popcorn, or enjoy a board game or puzzle.

After a long day of hiking, unwind on our gorgeous back patio, complete with a luxury hot tub and a patio TV for the whole gang. Two full bathrooms make getting ready or winding down easy, ensuring everyone has their own space. This home is perfect for everything from a romantic couple's weekend to a getaway for two full families, offering a blend of comfort and convenience for all your needs.

If planning to cook over the fire, please purchase on your way in. We do not provide firewood as of the moment.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Availability depends on our cleaning schedule and other bookings, so please reach out in advance if you're interested.

Disclaimer – Seasonal Insects:
Due to the unique weather conditions in the Hocking Hills region, there may occasionally be small insects, such as beetles, around the property, particularly in warmer months. We work closely with pest control to minimize this and ensure a clean, comfortable stay. While this is a natural occurrence, it does not affect the safety or functionality of the home.

Hot Tub Remediation Fee: If the hot tub requires an unscheduled drain, refill, or chemical treatment due to guest misuse or neglect, a $300 remediation fee will be charged. Guests are expected to leave the hot tub in reasonable condition consistent with normal use.

A $150 avoidable fee will be charged if the cover is left off or improperly replaced. The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every guest stay to ensure it’s fresh and ready for you.

Hot Tub Rules: (1) Rinse off before entering the hot tub. Do not enter with sunscreen, lotion, oils, hair products, or excessive cosmetics. (2) Do not introduce food, beverages (other than water in non-glass containers), sand, dirt, or foreign substances into the hot tub. (3) Replace the hot tub cover securely after each use. (4) Report any water clarity issues, unusual odors, or equipment malfunctions to your host immediately. (5) Do not adjust temperature settings.

Cancellation Policy:

For reservations booked directly or through VRBO (and other channels where payment is processed through our payment processor), cancellation refunds are limited to a maximum of 94% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 6% represents non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained regardless of the reason for cancellation. This applies to all refunds, whether full or partial.

This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations, which are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation and refund policies.
