Perfect condo for a family getaway. Starboard by the Sea community has one onsite community pool and one ocean front private beach access and pool. This bright and cozy unit is nautically decorated in a simple classic fashion. There is one large smart TV in the living room and the a well stocked kitchen. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the lagoon.
All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay and beds will be made prior to your arrival.

great location. perfect for three generations, from toddler to grandparents. easy walk to beach... nice setup and well decorated. All was great!

There was no internet or TV available for the first 2 days of our stay. We reported the problem to Sloane realty both days. They sent a maintenance man to our unit on day 2 but he was not able to correct the problem. They called the provider for service and told us he would be there to fix the problem on the 2nd day but he never showed up until the 3rd day.

Hi, it is disappointing to hear it took a couple of days for the WIFI to be addressed. It looks like the issue was brought to our attention on Sunday and our maintenance did attempt to resolve it the same day. Unfortunately, we had to place a work order with the provider and they have their own schedule for repairs. We were at the mercy of the provider and their schedule, unfortunately. We do hope you consider this was beyond our scope and otherwise enjoyed your time at the condo here at Ocean Isle Beach!

Listing is accurate but also lacks details. In one place it mentioned that bed linens are not included. Be sure to bring linens for 2 queens and 2 twins. And also all bath towels that you will use. That part was not listed! If you tell me bed linens are not included, I read that as only the linens are not included. I communicated with the property manager on this, after we arrived, just to give her some insight. She mentioned that they offer rentals. Why not put that part in the listing along with more specifics? The condo is nice & clean (minus one large “bug”). Has one small TV in the living area. Plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Fully stocked space cabinet. Zero cleaning supplies. Another frustration. We were left with 1 tablespoon of dish soap & 2 dishwasher tablets. I asked if we could receive more dish soap and a sponge and was told that I needed to supply those myself, again by the property manager. There are no other amenities, such as beach supplies, games, or otherwise, as you might find in other well stocked rentals. You have access to an old charcoal receptacle type grill. We noticed the electrical box broken hanging open in the under house parking area. The check in time is 4 PM but you receive an email saying that it could be later depending on whether it’s cleaned or not (so not 4?) and the checkout time is early at 10 AM. It’s not bad. It’s not great. If they provided more details in the listing and were more reasonable with supplies it could be better

Hi, yes the bath towels would not be provided if the condo does not participate in the linen program. It is clearly stated in the marketing, but we will add no bath towels are provided, if that makes it more clear. A lot of times, dish soap, cleaning supplies, etc are provided as a courtesy, not requirement. Unfortunately, often times, they disappear upon guests' departure. It is also not a requirement to provide beach toys, board games or otherwise and these were not listed in the marketing for the condo. The owner will consider for the future. We thank you for staying with us and hope you enjoyed your time at this wonderful condo here at Ocean Isle Beach!
