Welcome to Rippling Waters, nestled down on the North Mills River, in Mills River, NC.
Rippling Waters offers a serene and spacious landscape where you can enjoy the relaxing sounds and views of the river.

While exploring our one level home, you will get the feeling of modern, yet rustic and industrial kind of vibes flowing throughout.

Indoor/Outdoor Space:

Rippling Waters offers three spacious bedrooms and two full & ½ baths.
1. Master with king bed, 65 inch TV and full bath with access to the large back patio.
2. Guest with queen bed, and huge bean bag that can sleep extras, 65 inch TV and full bath with access to the large back patio.
3. Bunk Room with two queen beds, and three twins with a 55 inch TV.

We also offer a 1,600 square foot open floor plan that offers a dining room that can seat ten people, a living room with an 87 inch TV, a FULLY equipped kitchen with a gorgeous, one of a kind, granite top island with seating for four, a pet feeding station, a FULLY equipped bar with an 87 inch TV, a gorgeous 9 ft. pool table, dartboard, official chess table, fold out table top for poker, & plenty of games/board games for all ages. While enjoying this amazing indoor space, you will find yourself getting distracted by the stunning view overlooking the Mills River and Mount Pisgah through the sixteen-foot glass doors. This leads directly out to the 2,000 square foot patio with outdoor seating/tables and the river where a refreshing swim and hungry trout await.

Kitchen/Outdoor Cooking:
We offer a FULLY equipped kitchen with beautiful appliances, gas stove, Ninja Keurig/standard coffee maker, pot filler, Ninja oven/air fryer, Ninja mixer, Ninja Blender, Ninja cookware, bakeware, outdoor melamine plates for your nights eating outdoors on the amazing patio, etc.

Outside we have a grill for those who claim they are grill masters!

Explore the Outdoors:
Rippling Waters sits on nearly four acres of riverfront, wide open fields to allow your special furry family members to run, play some outdoor games, or post up under the magical large maple tree with a book. In the back, we have a 2,000 square foot patio equipped with outdoor tables, seating and a firepit overlooking the Mills River. We also have a relaxing, shaded and quite area with a covered shelter with tables, hammocks and steps leading down to the river.

Surrounding attractions:
Rippling Waters is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport and borders the Pisgah National Forest where endless miles of some of the best mountain bike trails in the country are located, featuring "Heartbreak Shuffle", known as the longest downhill mountain bike trail in the East. There are many more attractions within minutes of Rippling Waters than you will be able to fit into one trip. These include Asheville, NC, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Mansion, Lake James, Lake Lure, the Gorge Ziplining, Sliding Rock, Hendersonville, NC, Cherokee, NC, The Cliffs Golf Course, Looking Glass Falls, and many more! This is just to name a few, but you might have a hard time wanting to leave the property itself once you arrive.

Rippling Waters is only 3.8 miles from the new Appalachian Mountain Brewery and within 8 minutes of Sierra Nevada Brewing, Mills River Brewing, Burning Bush Brewery, Bold Rock Mills River Cidery.

We love our pets; they are family. We know how important it is for us to find a pet friendly home where they can comfortably tag along, and that’s why we want to offer this to you. We just ask that you respect and care for our property, while you have them here, so we can continue to offer this to our guests.
