It rests on a 40-acre full-functioning Scottish Highland Cattle & Chicken farm. It is just a 15-minute drive from downtown Waco & The Magnolia Silos. The cabin is located directly above the property barn. It is 460 square feet inside, with a 10x12 covered outdoor patio & couch with a beautiful scenic overview of the back pasture.
Below the outdoor patio is a secondary porch where you’ll find a grill to cookout & another place to sit while you watch the cows graze & the chickens forage & can even feed the cows some range cubes & the chickens some scratch, upon request! This property is also conveniently situated adjacent to a publicly accessible track maintained by the local school district. Open 24/7 and fully enclosed by fencing, the track offers a secure and welcoming environment for early-morning fitness enthusiasts and evening walkers alike. Located just a 2-minute drive or a 5-minute walk from the property, it provides an excellent nearby option for outdoor exercise and recreation.
