With ample seating for eight, our dining area promises delightful meals shared amidst stunning surroundings. ⭐️Kitchen quipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, you'll find everything you need to whip up gourmet meals : a refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee bar with drip and k-cup coffee makers, electric kettle, crockpot, mixer, etc. We’ve stocked a variety of pots, pans, glasses, mugs, dishes, and utensils to ensure your culinary needs are met. Coffee, k-cups, coffee creamer, syrups, and a variety of tea are a welcoming treat to our guests! ⭐️The three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms comfortably sleep up to eight guests, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. Family Room (lower level): queen size Murphy bed. Sleeps 2 There two full bath bathrooms - one on each level, and one half bath on the lower(basement) level. In consideration of the rent received and the mutual promises contained herein, the Host/Owner does hereby lease and rent to Guest(s) such Rental Property under the following terms and conditions:

1. RULES AND REGULATIONS - Guests agree to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein and in the property's information book and posted signage. Guest's obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the premises. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Guest shall not use or permit on the premises any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. The use of all-terrain vehicles and motorcycles is prohibited. Smoking/vapping/hookah is never allowed inside and anywhere outside the house. Guest’s breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material and shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind.

2. RENTAL PROPERTY SPECIFICS :
Our house is direct river front and in a wooded area , surrounded by a diverse array of wildlife, birds, bugs and insects and we cannot control their presence. We recommend bringing a mosquito spray.

3. NO RIVER ACCESS:
Please be advised that there is no safe path leading down to the river from our property. The backyard grounds are steep and uneven, making the descent hazardous. Guests are strongly discouraged from attempting to walk down to the water, as doing so is entirely at their own risk. We will not be held responsible for any incidents or injuries that may occur as a result. Your safety is our priority, and we urge you to refrain from accessing the river via the backyard.

4. PETS POLICY:
