At the beginning of the hallway on the left, there is a separate toilet equipped with a sink. Continuing down the hallway, youâll find a brand-new kitchen, completed in 2025 and designed in a modern style, boasting solid oak countertops and premium appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and all other essentials needed for comfortable cooking and dining. On the way from the kitchen to the living room, there's a stylish dining table positioned beside a large window, offering exceptional views of the lush green courtyard.
The living room is spacious, airy, and features large glass surfaces providing stunning views into the green courtyard. Here you'll find an exceptionally large TV and all the amenities required for maximum comfort and entertainment. From the living room, you can access a generous loggia with comfortable seating, offering breathtaking views from the fifth floorâakin to a bird's-eye perspective.
At the end of the hallway, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror, and all other necessary amenities.
