Wunderschöne Altstadtwohnung in attraktiver Lage

Die 2-Zimmerwohnung mit großer Küche, 2 Toiletten, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer ist 80 qm groß. Sie liegt im Stadtteil Vrsovice, gleich neben dem Stadtteil Vinohrady neben einem wunderschönen Park. Die Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum ist ideal. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und man fährt in 15 Minuten direkt in das historische Zentrum von Prag. Die Prager Metro ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock, Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. In der Wohnung können bis zu 5 Personen übernachten. (Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett im Schlafzimmer und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer, auf der 2 Personen schlafen können.)
Die Kosten pro Übernachtung bis 2 Personen belaufen sich auf 60 Euro, in der Hauptsaison auf 70 bzw. 80 Euro. Jede weitere Person zahlt 25 Euro pro Nacht. Hunde, maximal 2, sind herzlich willkommen.

Perfect stay in a lovely neighbourhood

Absolutely huge apartment, very clean, all the necessities. Right by the tram for easy access downtown, and great restaurants and a beautiful park in walking distance, plus groceries close by. We loved our stay!

I booked into this place because of the reviews and they were incorrect. The place smelled and the bins were overflowing. They did clear them when i messaged them. The person who met us there was not very nice and in quite a rush to get out. It was not close to anything. There are trams but they are usually very full so it was not a pleasant ride. I would not stay here again

Very nice apartment in a very nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Prague so we did have to see the sites, but we enjoyed the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings just as much. Nice coffee shops and backeries for breakefast. Strolls around the neighborhood in the evenings. And the apartment was perfect for us. Thanks much for a very pleasant stay.

Perfect apartment

We loved staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet residential area within a short tram ride from the centre of the city. The building has character and the apartment felt spacious and airy with high ceilings and large windows. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was very helpful as was our welcome from his friend Lenka. We would happily stay there again!

Excellent stay in Prague

We had a pretty good experience in communication with the property managers, their responses were timely, accurate and friendly. The apartment was very convenient and lively. We really loved it. Near the apartment we found a good supermarket and excellent beer bars, which added a lot to our overall experience. The environment is very quite with a beautiful garden nearby. The commute to the center was very easy either foot or by tram.

The flat is in one of Prague’s old apartment blocks so the rooms are large and airy. It is near to tram stops going into the centre of town.Overall, a great experience in a beautiful city.

This was a beautiful flat in a central, yet quiet location in Prague. Communication regarding check in was good and also flexible, which was just as well as our coach from Berlin got delayed.The flat had good sized rooms and was well equipped. Although it's on the 4th floor it has a lift to get you there after a busy day walking around the city. As already stated, the surrounding area, while still pretty central, was relatively quiet. The Havlicek park was a 2 minute walk up the road and is well worth exploring. There were plenty of local restaurants too, our favourites being Kubistro on Mexicka and Mistro on Moskevska.We had a very enjoyable nights in Prague, thank you!!

Quiet neighborhood, close to tram stop.

Wonderful stay! Conveniently close to tram stop and a very nice coffee/bar (Flat Cafe). Just a few tram stops from the Metro. Getting around was so easy on public transportation that you have no need of a car. Nice, clean, comfortable accommodations.

The property description is accurate. The location to the tram is perfect. The owner provided recommendations for places to eat, visit, and even the name and number of a reputable taxi service. The property was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town but close enough to access in less than 25-minutes by tram or taxi. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Prague.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was close by to both the old and new town. There were good transport links and we got good advice on which taxi services to use. The host was very helpful to point out some attractions that our 15 year old would enjoy and pointed us in the direction of local shops, restaurants and bars. Perfect location for a quite few days away

Directly on the beach, this chalet has everything you need. Just be careful if you have a car with low suspension as you will struggle to cope the the dips in the unnamed road leading to the property :-)
