Keuka Vines Peace of Mind

The tranquility of Keuka Vines Peace of Mind makes this lovely A-frame the perfect "home away" during your time in the Finger Lakes. This cozy home is built into the rural hillside, among the vineyards, and with expansive views of the blue waters of Keuka Lake.

The sweeping panoramic scenery is indeed "something to write home about" as you enjoy the sunsets from the deck or the backyard firepit. The home sits on a hill, giving you a birds eye view of miles of Keuka Lake below.



Inside the home you'll enter the main living area first with its cathedral ceilings and wall of sliding glass doors facing toward the lake. There are comfortable leather couches and armchairs for watching your favorite Netflix show (the fireplace is nonfunctioning and for decorative purposes only), a full kitchen for cooking up meals together and a dining area for enjoying that meal.



The main floor has 2 cozy bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower.



Upstairs is an open loft space with a Twin trundle (can be used as 2 twin beds or combined into one king bed) and sitting area. There is another bedroom on this second floor, with a King size bed, and an additional full bath with a walk in shower.



The back yard is large and open on the hill surrounding the house. There is a pebble stone area with a firepit and adirondack chairs on the side yard, a gas grill for cooking up some bbq, and of course the spacious deck with comfortable deck furniture for sitting and watching the lake life below. This home was featured on HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt show in the past.



Keuka Vines is centrally located to many of the activities the Finger Lakes has to offer. It is just a short drive to the village of Penn Yan, about 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful Keuka College campus, and about 10 minutes from Keuka State Park. There are several wineries within a few minutes of the home as well.

**This home has central air conditioning and heat

**This home has a Ring camera by the front door and an active camera on the back of the house monitoring the basement door

**This home does have a steep driveway and 4x4 is recommended but not necessary during the warmer months. During the cold winter months, when there is a chance of snow and ice, 4x4 will likely be required to access the home properly

*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.



**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the primary renter is over the age of 25.
**ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately and/or charged an additional fee
