Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, with a 65-inch TV, Sofa Bed and Baby Crib.
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with a 55" TV
Bedroom 3: Full-Over-Full Bunk Bed

Getting around is super easy from this location! We're just a short drive from Downtown, with quick access to major highways like I-45 and I-69. Uber and Lyft are always available, and there's a nearby METRO rail station if you prefer public transport. You'll have a private garage for added convenience. Whether you're exploring local spots or heading into the city, you're well-connected here.

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY - Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
- Pet fee USD 150 per pet per stay
- COVID-19 SANITIZATION - Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS - Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.
- CLOSED BEDROOM - The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests.
- ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.
- NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the property
- HOT TUB - Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate
- The landskeeper will go once a week-
- Security cameras - For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.
- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be non-refundable. - This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control - High-speed wifi! No cable.
