Lystra met us at the property right on time to do the walk through. Written instructions would have been just fine.
Let’s start with the pros:
Lystra was nice and attentive. Pool was refreshing. Plenty of seating inside and out for a large family. Drink cooler was a huge plus.
Now the cons:
The freezer wouldn’t make ice until the day we left. Let Lystra know and she thought she fixed it but didn’t. Had to purchase ice which was fine because the freezer was pretty gross. The heat upstairs was terrible & the thermostats were off limits and in a locked lock box. Called Lystra about the heat and was told it would cool off eventually, it did not!! Ceiling fans were so dusty but we had to use them due to the heat upstairs. The dryer had electrical tape holding it together. Had to purchase frying pans cause what was there was a joke. House needs a deep cleaning, new paint, wall repairs and attention to the base boards. The topper was being charged extra for moving 2 pool umbrellas. Moved 1 umbrella a couple inches and the other maybe 3 feet. We followed all rules of the house and not moving pool umbrellas wasn’t one of the rules.
