The delightful living room, decorated in fresh, pleasing shades of blues, has doors opening onto a sunny patio with four sun loungers to relax by the private pool. The attractive lounge has a comfy corner couch and a 43" Smart TV, while the dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a high-chair is available on request. Doors from the living room open onto the gorgeous patio near the private pool offering alternative choices for al fresco dining.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, combination-microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, pots & pans. The property is very well loved and cared for and the pool is regularly serviced. This is an ideal choice for a small family or for couples wanting a relaxed holiday close to all amenities and a beautiful beach. The nearest restaurant is 2 mins walk, with village shops from 5 mins walk and the sandy Blue Flag Beach is 8 mins walk through the charming little village streets.
