A lovely, spacious Domus Iberica Burgau townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, free Wi Fi,  Air Con, electric shutters and well-maintained private pool, Villa 15 is in a great location just a short walk to village restaurants and sandy Burgau Beach.

A friendly multi-lingual sign in the outer amenity space welcomes you to the villa and beside the front door is a key safe and hand sanitiser for your use. Off the entrance hall a guest bathroom off the hall has a shower and WC and there is also useful table and chair in this area.

The delightful living room, decorated in fresh, pleasing shades of blues, has doors opening onto a sunny patio with four sun loungers to relax by the private pool. The attractive lounge has a comfy corner couch and a 43" Smart TV, while the dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a high-chair is available on request. Doors from the living room open onto the gorgeous patio near the private pool offering alternative choices for al fresco dining.

The separate kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, combination-microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, pots & pans. It has a door to the patio and pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ and a patio table, chairs and parasol for special family meals by the pool.

A generous stone staircase from the hallway leads to the two en-suite bedrooms upstairs. With 2 new beds, the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC, fitted wardrobe and a little balcony with a countryside view. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and a baby cot. Its en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, bidet and toilet. A sunny veranda off this bedroom has a table and 2 chairs and views of the Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, a protected natural area stretching all along the coast to the west.

The villa has free wi fi, full air conditioning and electric shutters. There is free parking on the quiet road outside, which has no through traffic. The property is very well loved and cared for and the pool is regularly serviced. This is an ideal choice for a small family or for couples wanting a relaxed holiday close to all amenities and a beautiful beach. The nearest restaurant is 2 mins walk, with village shops from 5 mins walk and the sandy Blue Flag Beach is 8 mins walk through the charming little village streets.
The coastline to the west is stunning and inland there are wooded hills and mountains, charming little villages and beautiful scenery to discover.
