• Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
• Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

• Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

• The Sherwood Forest Resort community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
• Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
