Ground floor condo, short walk to the beach! Lovely little shaded patio. Super clean with LOTS of extras (example: pedestal fans in the bedrooms, blankets, kitchen stocked with wide variety of items) this made it feel homey. The only thing I wish would have been communicated: to get out of the condo gate as a pedestrian, type a star * after the gate code. So I am passing that on. Great communication and easy check out/in. Would 10/10 stay here again and highly recommend!

Location and pool and beach access are excellent. The unit needs a very thorough cleaning out of “stuff”. The closets, under beds, cabinets in kitchen and bath, drawers, etc all have random stuff stored everywhere. The unit needs to be deep cleaned under beds, baseboards, blinds, etc.

The unit was well laid out and clean. There was everything we needed (and then some!) stocked in the kitchen. The only thing on our wishlist (besides quieter upstairs neighbors - doing construction of some sort on their floors late at night) would be a key to the sliding glass doors so we could haul our beach gear directly though the courtyard. It was a long walk around the complex to exit through and lock the front door, then walk to the patio to pick up our stuff and backtrack through the courtyard to the beach (or pool).It was also impossible to use the pedestrian gate to walk out of the complex. Our code only worked for the car gate. It was too hot to walk far, so we ended up driving over to Coligny anyway.

Everything was great! Love being able to walk straight in with no stairs or elevator. Fans for the bedrooms made a huge difference! Wish there was a way to lock patio doors from the outside. Just have to lock the front door and then walk around to get to the beach. This wouldn’t stop us from staying again at all!! But if owners were looking at ways to improve, this would be the only suggestion.

Steps from the beach, perfect for a family of 5.

This is a gated facility.This location is closest to the road and on the bottom level with one condo above. We did not hear much noise above us except the occasional chair scraping the floor. Minimal noises heard anywhere outside the home. The pool is just a few steps away with a lot of nice shade and foliage in between. The pool was clean and large and was shaded the last half of the day. There is a patio to keep all of your beach items on. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes and the path is not long. There were multiple places to rinse off after returning from the beach. It has king size bed with an attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom had a twin bed and a full bed that our 3 daughters shared. The guest shower was nicer than the master.The home was clean upon arrival and had a fully stocked kitchen and even had laundry detergent available. The home was a little outdated as far as decor goes but all in all it was a nice and cozy place. Even though we were surrounded by other tenants, it felt very private. My only complaint about the home is that it had a lot of random, personal items. The drawers in the girls room had random stuff in the drawers that we had to move so they could put their clothes in the drawers. Both bathroom vanity's had random personal items in them (thankful for the left behind shampoo) but some was personal hygiene left behind, expired bottles etc. There were three, private, locked closets, but even with that the three guest closets had clothes, shoes, 3 vacuums, disorganized blankets and random items. It made it feel like the home was not ours. I happened to be at the condo when someone rang the doorbell. Before I could get to the door the maintenance man was about to unlock the door. He was spraying for pests, which I understand needs to be done but I did not like the idea of him coming in without our knowledge. I think that should be

Quick 4 day getaway

I booked this property 3 days before arrival honestly not expecting much since my lack of planning gave me limited selections. This unit was perfect for my family. It was spacious and clean. The Master Bedroom now has an adorable new comforter that you don't see in the picture. The 2nd room was perfect for my two teenage girls. The unit was right by the pool and just a few more steps you were on the boardwalk to the beach. This was our first time in Hilton Head and was very impressed by the beach area and the how pleasant everyone is. We flew into Charleston so we had nothing but clothing, toiletries and beach towels. The unit had a closet full of "beach stuff". Sand Chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys for little ones etc. The bathroom was also stocked with a blow dryer, makeup mirror, curling iron etc. Everything you need without bringing it with you. I would definitely book this unit again next time we head to the Island. The only complaint was that whomever used the patio grill prior, never cleaned it so it was caked with leftovers. It was more than we wanted to tackle to cook on so we hit the local restaurants for the few days we were there. But, the kitchen was well stocked with everything...including a crockpot and other gadgets. We made some wonderful memories to take home with us and will definitely be back again.

Pool was literally steps away just as I needed after recent knee surgery and I even walked to the beach which was amazing extremely close. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Love the recliner perfect for my angry knee, the one by the slider was not plugged in or whatever no big deal just thought I'd tell you. Thank you for allowing us into your home. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was clear the place had been shut up for a while and the beds weren't super comfy. We discussed visiting again until we were harassed twice by two different men claiming to be the president of the regime. We paperwork inside the place said that the pool closed at 10:00pm. At 8:15 a man came out and demanded we leave the pool. We would have never booked this place with our three kids if the pool closed early as the man stated. The other guy saw us walking up the boardwalk and demanded he know where we were staying and accused of us not staying on property and coming up from the beach to use the pool. Just my opinion, but it seemed like these guys do not want tourists/renters in their community.

We have 3 kids, including a one year old and loved that it was just a quick walk from this unit to the pool...made it easy to walk back and forth to get snacks and for nap time. The kids loved having a pool available too. We were close by to Coligny Plaza and shops/restaurants. Had a great trip and would definitely stay in this unit again.

A diamond not well taken care of

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall look was updated and looked very different from the pictures online. The place was not clean. We found hairs in master room bed and we found a dried contact on a pillow. The corners in the bathrooms were caked with sand. In the hall bathroom, their was a used washcloth hanging on the shower rod. I did call the rental office and they wanted to send someone to clean. With only four beach days, I didn't want to wait to show someone what to do. I did wash the sheets. The dishwasher didn't seem to work well either. The property is ideally located and with a little more cleaning care, it will be perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All the important things were good--service, cleanliness, helpfulness, etc. We were missing some little things in the condo: no dish soap, only 1 garbage bag and an inoperative bathtub stopper.
