Pull up a stool at the counter seating for three while someone whips up breakfast or pours a glass of wine at sunset.

As you move through Summer by the Sea, the comforts continue. Step out to the patio, where seating and a table for four invite al fresco meals or quiet moments with your morning coffee. When it's time to unwind or have fun indoors, head up to the third-floor game room. This cozy retreat boasts two plush couches, a comfy armchair, a smart TV, and a board game table—ideal for evening competitions or relaxing with a view. This home has 3 private bedrooms and a full size bed in the game room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds.

This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
