Just outside Cheyenne, this retreat offers space for gathering, resting, and savoring simple comforts in a setting that feels far from city life.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a patio designed for lingering. A hot tub provides a soothing spot for stargazing, while a fire pit draws you to gather after sunset. Prairie breezes accompany dinners prepared on the BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture offers a place to relax as the light shifts across the sky. Whether it’s roasting marshmallows or watching dusk settle in quiet, the outdoor spaces make it easy to unwind.

Interior comforts
Inside, high ceilings and wide windows bring natural light into the main living area, where wood-beam accents and soft furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. A second living space downstairs transforms into a movie room with plush seating and a large-screen TV, perfect for family film nights or restful afternoons. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace ensure comfort year-round, while WiFi and an Ethernet connection support both work and downtime.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are arranged to give everyone a place to settle in. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bath with a tub. Three additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while a fifth bedroom includes both a full bed and a twin bed. Blackout curtains, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches such as extra pillows and blankets make each room restful.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide convenience for groups, with one located in the master suite. Two include shower/tub combos, and each is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is outfitted for cooking and gathering, complete with stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and essentials such as pots, pans, spices, and coffee. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, blender, and wine glasses are provided. Guests can prepare group meals or simple breakfasts with ease and enjoy them together around the dining table.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is made simpler with a Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books, and toys available. These thoughtful additions make the home comfortable for families of all ages.

Safety & convenience
The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, garages, and back door. Self check-in is provided with a keypad for ease of arrival, and a washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Free parking on the premises is included.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
