Pet-Friendly Townhouse Located Near Frontier Park and the Capitol Building

Townhouse located along bike path, which leads to Frontier Park (less than a 2-mile walk). The beautiful, newly restored state capitol building is a 7-minute drive away (2.5 miles). Great place to stay if you’re in town for legislative business or wish to tour the Capitol! Child & pet friendly (dog door, 6’ fenced in backyard, & kennel available upon request). Central air conditioning, washer and dryer. Located a few blocks from grocery store and a city park with a jungle gym. Parking: two spots in driveway, one in front of house, and additional spots available on the street. Three bedrooms - each sleep two for a total of six people, additional queen bed in basement sleeps another two, double and single air mattresses available upon request - sleep another three for a total of 11 people. There is also a toddler mattress available upon request. Once the property has been booked, please message me for access details. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Located in a pleasant neighborhood and not far from services and attractions, our stay was so easy with our pug, who was delighted with the greenbelt and path next door. Within the home. rooms were bright, well furnished, and comfortable. Families will find ample spaces for showers, sleep, entertainment, and meals. And, ooh, those scrumptious bath towels made recovery from a tourist-filled day a pleasure. Our hostess was prompt with information for checking in and on the phone with a question; she was friendly as well as helpful. We certainly recommend the selection; the host and home deserve the high marks.

What a great home to stay in! We had 11 people in our family group and there were 5 bedrooms/sleeping areas and 4 bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy and flawless! The house is located on a nearly dead end street with a walking path right outside the front door. The neighborhood felt very safe and was walking distance from food and retail. I wish we had had more time to enjoy this lovely home, as it was just a layover stop on the way to the Denver International Airport. I will definitely look to book here again in the future as the price was extremely reasonable based on the accommodations.

This property is very well stocked. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes. There were only two down falls the backyard is rock not a lot of grass for your dogs but they figure it out. There is only one TV in the house its located in the upper sitting area. Its very spacious clean and stocked extremely well with extra garbage bags paper towels toilet paper shampoo conditioner and body wash hand soap in all bathrooms. This place is very large and absolutely well decorated tons of real plants. One of the best VRBO I have rented.

Loved the place, it fit our family nicely. I think one of our favorite things were all the live plants! The place was nice and clean, was a great location to everything that we were there to do. Kelli was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The only downfall was that we like to make homemade meals and the kitchen wasn’t supplied with pots and pans for us to do so. Would recommend staying here!

We were so happy with our stay here! My kiddos loved all the toys that were in the house. The loft was a great play room. Everyone was comfortable and there were plenty of beds! Great location and very clean.

This was a great property. It was more than we expected.

Came to Cheyenne for the Rodeo. This property was well located and was more than we were expecting. Our host was very accessible and answered every question I had. Kelli was a tremendous host.

Parts of the house are beautiful and parts are completely unfished. Advertised as pet friendly but the yard was weeds and rocks and full of trash, unsafe to leave dogs unattended outside. was charged an extra 100 for "dog pee in the house" over 2 weeks after my stay. Doubt they even billed that to the right stay as my dogs didn't pee in the house but I paid it promptly anyway. I did enjoy the proximity to the biking trail but being on a corner with an alley road parking was extremely limited. Overall this house is not worth the price.

We really loved the property manager so much, her kindness and understanding made our trip so much less stressful. There was a little bit of dog hair on the couch and a couple guests struggled with some allergies, but other than that everything was absolutely wonderful!

Bachelorette at Frontier Days

Great location, excellent communication with manger and lots of towels. Limited amount of bathrooms for the number of occupancy. There were a few complications but manager communicated very quickly and helped solve the problems right away. It was a great stay and would recommend working with this manager.

So grateful for Kelli!

Our family is so incredibly grateful for our wonderful host, Kelli. Her home was exactly what we needed after a trying day on the road. She provided us with so much kindness and understanding from our drive that day, and it was so appreciated! This home is so warm, and you can immediately feel the love in the space. Surrounded with amazing art, plant life, books, puzzles. The layout is exceptional, and felt very curated for a lovely experience for everyone - even our pup! So many thoughtful touches throughout, like dog food, bed, bowls - all the things you could need. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with everything you could want. There was even a heating blanket in the basement bedroom that made me feel so incredibly cozy. All in all, this is exactly where we would want to stay if we were ever in the area again. Thank you so much again, Kelli!
