Courtside 110 ist ein 3-stöckiges Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 1/2 Bäder, ein Flug über dem Straßenniveau. Die oberste Etage ist eine große Master Suite. Courtside befindet sich neben dem weltberühmten Van Deer Meer Tennis Center und 1. 5 Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Eine spezielle Mitgliedschaft wird Court Gäste, 1 Stunde Tennis Privilegien pro Tag enthalten. Diese Gemeinschaft verfügt über 2 Pools vor Ort, und der Innenhof verfügt über eine ruhige Lagune mit einem Brunnen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor jeder Wohnung, mit zusätzlichen Räumen rund um das Gebäude. Courtside liegt am südlichen Waldstrand, nur 800 m vom Coligny-Kreis entfernt. Mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort für alle Inselaktivitäten. Es gibt einen König im Master, eine Königin im Gästezimmer und zwei Zwillinge im 3. Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was directly in our "backyard" and close to cvs/groceries/gas etc. We would stay here again in a second!

We are disappointed to hear you were not satisfied with the condition of the furniture at Courtside 110. We are working with the owner right now to discuss replacement options for the living room furniture as well as doing a full inventory in the unit to make sure it is stocked. The 2021 summer season was the busiest season we have had in over 30 years in the vacation rental business. While it was nice to see so many guests enjoy their vacations at our units, it unfortunately took a toll on all of the units on our rental program. We are now using this time where we have slowed down to restock and revamp all of our units and discuss necessary updates with our owners.

The condo location was fantastic and we LOVED the size and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. The carpet and furniture were a bit outdated and threadbare. We did feel like it was busier on the island than we have ever seen it. But, overall a great trip!

So, these things make me wonder just how clean the place was, especially during Covid - 19. Great floor layout for a family. I would go back to this complex, just pick a different condo.

Reviewer Comments: Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.

My Seashore vacation

But when we started to walk on the floors you could feel the sand as you walked on them. My granddaughter pulled off her shoes and within minutes you should have seen her feet. I took pictures of the sand that I swept up. If they were that much sand on the floor you can almost bet they were not mopped. The carpet in the rooms were not cleaned either. The bedspread had something chocolate on it. I took a wet cloth and could wipe it off so you could bet it was not washed. I know that yoh are only coming tk stay for a week bug zi do expect things to be cleaned after someone has stayed there..

We sincerely regret that this guest did not feel the cleanliness of the villa met expectations. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, as every property is professionally cleaned and inspected between guest stays. The concerns raised in this review have been addressed directly with our cleaning company to ensure our standards are consistently met moving forward. Following this stay, additional attention has been given to our cleaning and inspection procedures. While we understand the guest's concerns regarding sand on the floors and the bedspread, these conditions do not reflect the level of cleanliness we strive to provide. The owner of this villa continues to care for and invest in the property through ongoing updates and improvements, and guest feedback plays an important role in helping us identify areas where we can do better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Court side annually for about 20 years thru Seashore. In the past my family has always been happy there. This year we rented Courtside 110 because we had rented it before. Needless to say the condo is in bad need of repair. My husband stopped at the office and told them about the dryer and bed. Someone stopped while we were out and turned the dryer sideways. I would have appreciated some type of response. After a storm the roof and window on the third floor leaked and there is black mold on the ceiling. I will not stay there again.

They were across from the unit we own so the location was great. They enjoyed the pool immensely. And it certainly is a plus that the ocean is such a short walk away. They enjoyed riding bikes on the extensive trails. Of course need I mention the restaurants in Hilton Head are fabulous. I would recommend dealing with Seashore Vacations because they certainly deliver. We had a great time!

The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience.
