Unter einem neuen Eigentümer Sommer 2016 mit Renovierungen und Updates. Neue Möbel, frisch gestrichen, neu ersetzt Bettzeug und Dekor. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt von Ihrem Ocean One Terrasse in diesem Komplex am Meer in South Forest Beach. Mit Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, Gäste, die in Ocean One 107 genießen Sie eine gute Anbindung an den Atlantik und seinen weißen Sandstränden sowie der Pool direkt am Meer. Nach stundenlangem Surfen spülen die Urlauber unter der Außendusche, die sich auf dem privaten Strandweg des Komplexes befindet, und tauchen dann in den Süßwasserpool. Ocean One hat dem Komplex direkt hinter dem Pool einen brandneuen Grillbereich hinzugefügt.

We loved the convenience of the location, ground floor, close to pool, close to walkway to beach, 6 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shops and restaurants, loved the live music from the Tiki Hut next door!

Unit 107 was sold in June 2016 and has lots of new updates. Freshly painted in June, along with new furniture, a deep clean and decor changes. It looks great!

This was our first time on the first floor and we were quite pleased. Enjoyed having a patio versus a balcony. It was like sitting in a garden with flowers all around. Yes, it was a trade off from having an ocean view but the ocean was steps away. Condo was clean, well furnished. Comfortable living room furniture and nice bathrooms. Would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at Ocean One Villas! Our room was in a great location, close to the pool, beach access and gas grills. Inside there was plenty of space for us and the kids. We especially liked the motorized recliner couches! The location was great! We were in the middle of everything and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The beach was very nice. Pretty crowded but plenty of space for everyone. Overall we had a great stay the only negative we found was the gas fire pits were closed for the summer. That wasn’t a big deal though.

107 is in need of TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very weird condo. The master bedroom the bed was extremely high and the there was only one lamp next to the bed. The master bathroom had a barn door (no lock), the vanity was extremely low and the handle for the shower was broken. By the end our week long stay the bathroom vent fell off from the ceiling. I rented this unit because it was on the 1st floor and we have 5 grandkids also staying in Ocean One in a unit on the 5th floor. The kitchen had a breakfast bar however the chair were unusable because the were to low for even an adult to use. The refrigerator shelves on the inside door were broken and unusable. In my option this condo needs new furniture, a new refrigerator and repairs. I WOULD NOT RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all a pleasant experience at 107. Could there be improvements? Yes. Guests have complained about the blue back ground to the main TV, yet it has not been fixed or replaced. It’s annoying. The main bathroom shower does not have a safety or grab bar. Someone is going to have a bad fall. In the kitchen there are four high rise chairs that are useless because the eating counter is way too high.The entrance bell doesn’t ring. The kitchen lighting is much to dim. Lights should be installed over the kitchen counter as per unit 415.

Great October Stay

Great location with restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. It was a very big condo with lots of room. You are just a few steps from the pool also. There's live music right next door so if you like peace and quiet this might not be the best location for was nice to have during the day and up until 11pm. The furniture in the picture is different that needs to be updated and it is all tile in the condo. The kitchen and dining room table are a great size. There was also some beach items in the closet. Which was nice because we left some items at home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton head every summer for 10 years. This was the first time that I had stayed at this location and I must say it was ideal. Being on the first floor right outside of the pool and with such close access to the beach was wonderful. Especially since we had a shorter distance to take the tents and the chairs back-and-forth. Being so close to Coligny was also a major bonus as we are big bike riders and our kids loved having the quick access to all of the walking around shopping and eating. 107 was very clean and very spacious. In the original pictures they had a sofa bed. Now they have change those out to very nice recliners which is great for movie night. But made it more difficult as we planned on two grown teenagers sleeping on the sofa bed. Luckily one of the other family members with us had bought an air mattress. Things that they could improve on in this unit, The kitchen was a little bit lacking in necessities. And because we were big TV watchers something was wrong with our television and the whole entire screen was a bluish purple hue for every movie we watched. We tried to change it in the settings and it was not possible. So that was a bummer. This one visit to Hilton head was very different and all the others and that the mosquitoes were atrocious. I do not know if this is something new for this year, or for the time of year. We were here the end of July which was our first time coming in July. But they were awful. We could not leave our place without bug spray and even so one of our kids had probably 50 bites on their legs.This was my number one complaint. I really wish ocean one would spray their property for mosquitoes. We do at our house and it makes a huge difference. And we live on water. The mosquitoes were so awful that if we came one other year and it happened that way again, we would probably not come back to Hilton head. Other than that this unit was incredible and we were definitely right here again.

Hi Angela! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Ocean One 107. Unfortunately, the mosquitos are very common down here due to the amount of rain we get and the humidity. All of our properties get sprayed for mosquitos on a regular basis but unfortunately the mosquitos are quite a common occurrence on the island. Other than the mosquito issue and the discoloration of the TV, we are pleased to hear you had a great vacation and we hope to see you again soon!
