Our home is really perfect for 2 families or a girls/guys weekend. Five beds offer comfortable sleeping with no sofa beds. Texas Avenue provides you the quiet vacation you are looking for, and the only traffic is usually dog walkers, and sun seekers.

Everyone loves our craft/coloring table made just for them and the built in beds upstairs!

Guest access
You will access 90% of the home. The only thing off limits is the locked owners closet under the stairs.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
The ice maker in the freezer does not work.

Quirks:
The two fiberglass tub/showers have staining near the drains. The floor of the showers dip in those spots, resulting in standing water, which stains the fiberglass. They are not dirty.

The lighting over the master tub looks normal, but in many cases in can make the tub water appear with a green tint. I promise the water is not green!
