Charming 4-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in perfect East Hampton

Enjoy the summer in the Hamptons at our centrally located home situated between the villages of Sag Harbor and East Hampton; with quick access to both ocean and bay beaches. Our property backs up to a nature reserve - a peaceful and quiet spot to relax by the heated pool while enjoying the greenery around you. Take a nice outdoor shower after the beach/pool and enjoy cooking dinner on the large Weber gas grill on the deck and/or in the fully stocked kitchen.

The space

Our two story home is spacious, cozy and quiet. It's also well equipped with nice furniture, furnishings, linens, towels, beach towels, pool chairs & cooking utensils. On the first floor, you will find the living room (with a fireplace, a large screen TV and sliding doors to back deck), the dining room (table sits 8 or 10 with extensions, sliding doors to back deck), the open kitchen (with its breakfast counter, views of the pool and stainless steel appliances; fully equipped), a TV den (2nd large screen TV plus pull-out couch which is not listed as one of the 4 bedrooms) and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one being inside the master suite). Entire house is cooled by central A/C.

The backyard has a nice lawn area where you can toss a ball around, play cornhole or yard tennis. The deck has a dining table that sits 8 and a Weber Genesis grill. All of that overlooks the heated pool with its lounge chairs and umbrella. The entire backyard, where you will also find an outdoor shower, backs up to a nature reserve.

Other things to note
There is ping-pong table in the basement. Also, in the basement, you will find a second working fridge for your convenience.
Pool heater operates with propane and carries a separate charge.
